What excellent service received when looking for our new bed, nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant communication and the delivery men were so polite and kind. Thankyou we highly recommend your company wouldn’t use anyone else nice to support local company .

Good advice when purchasing new furniture. Lots of choice and choices of fabrics and leather. Sofas mostly made to order, so you get exactly what you want.

Service is great,
the culver sofa tables are great.
the Loxton Corner sofa is fine, but after a month we noticed the cushions are getting flat 😢

I'm sorry that the cushions on your Loxton sofa are looking a bit flat. Due to the ExtraFlex high density foam based cushions used for a soft sit on this particular sofa, we would recommend plumping once a week. This will help maintain the aesthetical appeal, shape and longevity of your cushions :)

Excellent First Class Service
I really enjoyed the customer service from the Newport experience when visiting the shop. So nice to be treated like a customer. Just had the delivery by Mark and Keiran 1st class installed my sofas well done very helpful and polite. Good service from start to finish. I know where I will shop in future Solent Beds & Furniture don't just take my word for it visit the shop and you will see.

Very disappointed overall
Very disappointed overall. We had to return two beds as they wouldn’t fit up the stairs. Solent Beds took off a big percentage (around £150!) from the refund even though we immediately reordered replacements through them. Same thing happened with a piece of furniture from M&S the next week who charged nothing! Lesson learnt. I would not use Solent Beds again which is a shame as I try to shop local.
