Yea, work can commence.
So after having to survive a hard drive crash. I was trying to load all the apps to the new C-drive. QuickBooks became a problem I could not fix. I was certain it was a communication problem between the OS, Adobe, and QB. Adam was able to fix the issues. Thank you for getting me back to productivity.

Invalid License
I cannot register with Intuit because I am not listed as the owner of my license that i purchased back in October 2023. I have sent multiple emails and I have done an online chat where i was then told that i needed to pay additional money to be the owner of my license. The license # is not a valid license with QuickBooks or Intuit. I have requested multiple times to have the license name updated immediately with no resolution.

Wanted a 2 user license
Wanted a 2 user license. Was told to order a quantity of 2. But got 2 separate licenses, not a version that will handle 2 users. I asked, and was told they needed to contact Intuit, but have never heard back, and got no replies from further inquires.

Solmek's website states they accept Paypal, however, when I tried to process my paypal payment, they would only accept friends and family, not goods and services.
If this is a legitimate business accepting paypal payments, they wouldn't insist on friends and family payments as that screams "SCAM"!

This company is a sham
This company is a sham. I bought software that I could not access. They sent me a google doc with a link to apparently download, but I was not going to do such a thing. They also charged my credit card several $1 unauthorized charges from a few different sources. When I asked for help they didn't even ask for my order number or name, so how they knew who I was is beyond me. The whole thing was suspicious and weird. They then sent an email to me and about 5 others (we could see each others' emails) asking us how our experience was, etc. Totally unprofessional. A few of us communicated and all had the same experience. We didn't get what we paid for.

For US customers-the company is located in the UK so you may run into an issue with your credit card charge being turned down due to suspected fraud.
