You got one star because they don’t allow zero. You took my money and didn’t deliver a valid license key that Intuit would recognize. When I reached out for help, I got no response. Oddly, I got connected to an email chain with three other users, all of whom were experiencing similar difficulties with Solmeks. I’ve disputed the charge on my credit card. I consider Solmeks to be a scam.

I wasn't sure if I was dealing with a reputable company when my software didn't work, however when I reached out to Someks with my issue they promptly and professionally took care of it.
They even apologized for my inconvenience.

You WILL Get Scammed
I purchase software from this company and the license key they provided was invalid. I tried multiple times to get a hold of someone but never got a response. Furthermore, someone from their customer support managed to CC myself and several other of their customers on an email where another customer was having the same issue with their license key. This site is clearly a scam.
UPDATE:
I have to update my existing review to respond to the company's response...
I tried multiple time to get my issued resolved and got NO response from the company. I even went so far as to use their chat service to inquire about some other product just to get someone chatting and got an immediate response. As soon as I asked about my license key issue, the representative stopped responding.
As for the person who posted the 5 star review, I'm willing to bet that was the company themselves posting a fake review.
