I received two separate emails asking for feedback/experience survey within 5 minutes of placing the order yet I've received zero emails regarding my actual purchase and information that the order has been completed.

We also had a genuinely enjoyable conversation about the importance of wearing proper sun-protective eyewear. I have learned that consistent UV protection can help reduce the risk of developing pterygium—commonly known as “surfer’s eye”—a raised growth that forms on the white of the eye and may extend onto the cornea. Protection remains important even on cloudy or hazy days, when UV rays are still present.

Her one-on-one service—combined with Solstice’s amazing styles, excellent selection of designer brands, and terrific prices—is exactly why I continue to shop here.

First time buyer and I’m very pleased to say I got a great deal on a premium pair of sunglasses and they arrived within 7 or so days from when I made the purchase. The sunglasses were authentic and in new condition as described. I will always check back when I need a new pair because prices are definitely competitive and fair.

After spending thousands on sunglasses at Solstice, they took almost a month to deliver the last pair of glasses I ordered. This was a terrible experience.

I ordered with overnight delivery and paid $39.99 for delivery to get a notice from UPS that it may show up Saturday but they are closed on Saturday for ground delivery.......

I recently have brought a pair of luxury sunglasses from Solstice Sunglasses. This was my first time ordering from the brand before reading reviews. What I didn’t know is that the shipping will take longer than expected. I had to wait about 2.5 weeks due to a shipping error of them not having them in stock and the company had to put a new order in from Italy. Overall, I am aware that the shipping take longer but once I order again I will order at least a month ahead to receive my order. The customer service was great and stayed in contact with me throughout the process.
