Slow shipping
I recently have brought a pair of luxury sunglasses from Solstice Sunglasses. This was my first time ordering from the brand before reading reviews. What I didn’t know is that the shipping will take longer than expected. I had to wait about 2.5 weeks due to a shipping error of them not having them in stock and the company had to put a new order in from Italy. Overall, I am aware that the shipping take longer but once I order again I will order at least a month ahead to receive my order. The customer service was great and stayed in contact with me throughout the process.

So far I have not had a positive experience from ordering my UA sunglasses from them. It had been two weeks since I ordered them with no communication or updates, and when I sent in an inquiry they simply said it's 10-14 business days but still were not offering any sort of update saying it's scheduled to be sent out, or any other assurances like that.

Beautiful, great quality
They took a very long time to get her about two months. I think it felt like two months. It was a long time, but they are beautiful beautiful great quality glasses. I love them. I love them so much.

Order yet to arrive; placed 2 weeks ago
I placed my order on Aug. 7. I have yet to receive an email informing me that my sunglasses have shipped. I checked my order status on solstice.com AND using the Shop app, and both have indicated "preparing for shipment" for 1.5 weeks.
I wrote customer service on Aug. 16, and I was informed this shipping time lag is "normal", it takes 7-10 business days to prepare an item for shipping. In this day and age, that is unacceptable unless I ordered a custom prescription sunglasses made to my specifications, which I did not.
Even if I'm satisfied with my sunglasses when I receive them, I'm not sure it's worth the silence, the wait and the $25 savings.

This is quite literally been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a product being shipped to me. I spent $1000 on your website and you ship it USPS you should be ashamed of yourselves it’s been more than a week. There’s no tracking update next time Send it pony express.
