Flowers and the gifts were excellent, only two let downs, one was the card, which could have been a proper one and two, is the fact that you have to pay extra for delivery and not free delivery like the other online florists.

Very poor delivery process
Very poor delivery process.
The company was not able to deliver in hand and it was unable to deliver the expected time (deliver 6 hours late).
I asked for help on the site via chat, and I could not have a clear answer.

I ordered a Luxury size bouquet (Autumn) for my sister's birthday
Like everything was good, but instead of yellow-orange roses, were cream colored roses..., it upset me a little
I specifically ordered this bouquet, because there were yellow-orange roses in the bouquet (my sister loves this rose color)
