Soren's House Avis 

I originally had a missing item from an order placed early august, they sent this out but was faulty. Since I have chased to find out where my replacement order is and was advised 2 weeks ago they would chase this up for me.

Have since tried contacting them 2 or 3 times to chase order, ask for a refund and heard nothing. So very disappointed with service and still await to hear from them to resolve mid September.

I just love this store! Perfect time and time for my godsons gifts! Love the choice. Thank you!

Just received another parcel from Soren's House. A lovely selection of bits and bobs for my manager before he heads off on paternity leave. Lovely quality, well packaged and arrived Monday morning despite me placing my order end of last week which was a bank holiday!! :)

This store is perfect if you are looking for beautiful, unique and high quality presents for children and loved ones.
I have used Soren's House several times now and it is quickly becoming my go to shop online!
Orders always arrive promptly, in lovely packaging and the service is fantastic.

Really unhappy with response of customer service. Awaiting for 8 days to hear about delivery of a banwood bike to our granddaughter. It will be her birthday tomorrow and am trying to get my order but no helpful response from customer service. I've checked product page and it says delivery within 3 to 4 working days.

Speedy customer service. Replied quickly to my query. Unfortunately didn’t need the product anymore but the refund came within a few days.

If your looking for thoughtful, unique and excellent quaility presents for your loved ones, then this is the place. Purchased gifts for my Nephew on several occasions and they always arrived promptly with a well organised ecommerce system ensuring the order arrives on time as expected.

My only critism is that there's too many nice things to choose from!

I have sent several emails chasing a refund over the past few weeks with no response.

Ordered two stainless steel liewood bottles for my boys. Been using these bottles for some time now and they are absolutely brilliant! Usually £25 but Soren's house sells them for £17!
Delivery was very fast and customer service is vert quick to respond.
Definitely recommend them x

After I read the below reviews I wasn’t sure if I should place an order with Soren’s House, but I had a very good experience and my order worth almost £200 arrived in 2 days.

I returned items a few weeks ago and haven’t yet received a refund. I’ve contacted them twice and haven’t heard back. Can’t seem to find a telephone number to call them on. Very disappointing for somewhere that sells items at this price point.

They have replied to my review now but the reply is incorrect as my first contact with them was an email to their support email address on 7th august.

Very slow and not very responsive customer service.

I’m waiting for a refund since a month and half now for two items I sent back on the 16th June. Before to order I asked question and if refund would be possible as I ordered 3 canopies in different colours, I wanted to make sure I’ve got the right colour to match my daughter’s bedroom. I got quick answer from Sally until I send back the unwanted items. Since no answer. No phone number is given on the website so there’s no other way to communicate than sending emails. So they have the canopies back and my £152. They basically stole from me. I thought I was supporting a nice small online business but it was a big mistake to order from them. Stay away and order somewhere else!

Update: Following this review, I finally got an email from soren’s house and they finally processed the refund! So at the end all is well but it was a long process a lot of emails was needed and this review too… I added two stars as I got my money back and they apologised but won’t order again from them.

Lovely products but dreadful customer service. Ordered a hula hoop that does not function as one for either a child or adult and ordered a bean bag which the online images show as bright white but upon receipt it is cream / linen. Although the company was misleading with their advertising they were not willing to accept return fees at their cost, offer an exchange or offer any negotiable solution. The poorest customer service I have received in a long while. We had so much more money to spend but that will certainly be going to other companies like Kidly, natural baby shower (wonderful customer service from Shermain).
