Gosh, such a pleasure to come across a professional skip company. After years of skip companies being unreliable and problems, Reston were great. Efficient, on time, quick to remove. Defo 5-stars.

Ordered a 1/4 wait and load service. The driver turned up with the truck already full so he took only 4 small bags of a much larger load that included a mattress I had paid extra to be taken. The driver called the office and so did I. I was told another driver would come to collect the waste within 20 minutes. Replacement vehicle was there within 20 minutes just as they said. I would give 5 stars for the way they dealt with the issue; absolutely no fuss whatsoever. I was debating whether to give 4 or 5 stars because the first driver came with a full truck; I was considering what if he had come and found he could squeeze all the waste in. However, I settled on 4 stars because I had paid extra for a mattress and he said he couldn't fit the mattress in though I let it be known that was the most important item I wanted removed. I have used them before, I will definitely use them again and would definitely recommend.

We have hired skips from Reston before and always have been happy with the service. We have recommended them many times to friends and family. Prices are good and their customer service is excellent. Will be using them again
