Dreadful
Dreadful. 3 re-mortgages took 4 months to complete no communication. No replies, constantly chasing.
Case handler repeatedly changing with no notice, asking for information after it had already been provided. Customers unhappy.
In fairness I have never experienced bad service in 8 years of referring but this just fell apart at the seams.

Lauren Angus who is my point of contact is very responsive and quick to step in and offer help if needed. She has been a life line with some very complex legal cases I have had. Highly recommend
Since referring Solicitor and Survey instructions through SortRefer the service provided has been spot on. If there are ever issues our Business Development Manager Jordan Tunnicliffe is always on hand to help where he can. This has helped on a few cases that had stalled slightly with solicitors and clients were growing frustrated, but with Jordan’s actions the cases moved forward again and all issues were resolved. This is really important for us as Mortgage Brokers to ensure our clients journey is as smooth and stress free as possible. Would highly recommend.

SortRefer is a fantastic tool for mortgage brokers. It provides a wide range of quotes to suit all client situations, and the real-time case updates make tracking solicitor progress seamless. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and the broker toolkit has become an essential part of my daily workflow. Clients consistently value the simple, informative documents they receive—helping build trust and clarity throughout the process.
On the rare occasions issues arise, Jordan Tunnicliffe is always on hand with prompt, helpful support, which makes all the difference for both my clients and myself as a broker.

I have used sort refer a number of times, pricing and service is always very good and on the odd occasion I have had an issue Jordan the business manager, is quick to react and ensure the solicitor is back on track, would definitely recommended.

Paul is always extremely responsive
Paul is always extremely responsive, both before instruction and throughout cases. The system itself is very user-friendly, with the notes facility making communication with solicitors quick and straightforward. I also find the progress tracker really useful for managing cases.
Quotes are always clear, competitive, and transparent. Range of options available for the client!

Alexandra Adamson was just amazing. I have been referring cases through sort refer and this is the first time, I felt that client's expectations were met through excellent communication between all involved.
Now I know if I get a Remortgage referrals I will be referring to Alex without a doubt!
