First time buyer, communication was poor, no status updates, continually had to chase to confirm that they had the documents from both parties needed, they continually asked me to submit documents that were already submitted, Took almost 6 months to complete a purchase that had no chain either side. So fustrating, do not use

Initally the whole process appeared straightforward but as there is more than one signatory we found the whole process backward facing and couldn't get the second signatory's details to work. When we requested help we received a one line email saying the second signatory could sign in, which they couldn't so not that helpful at all
