Soulful Food Avis 

As a non-vegan, I find the pots great for either a mid-day light meal or an evening supper. As a non-vegan, I am currently using the pots as a slimming aid, and a taster of what awaits me on the other side.

While you can return the packaging, its excessive, seems to be one size fits all (a little like Amazon). TBF, I don't know what else they could do, its similar to Gousto, Hello Fresh etc.

I used to buy from Tesco, but they only have a restricted range, so went direct on a 14 day repeat. with 20 or more pots to choose, boring it isnt.

delicious meals, though some were too spicy for my English palate.

Easy to order, well-packed, you can choose your delivery date (very useful as we wanted these to take on holiday with us.

Good service, just as they said in the website.

Arrived 4 days late, 2 items missing. Although offered a discount on the next order of 20% the means are more like thick soups.

The use by dates on most of the pots were within 2 days of the delivery. And some pots had no date on them at all. I've no idea if this means the user by date is something to take note of or not. I emailed to query this, but no one replied. So I've ended up with lots of waste, as i won't be eating these.. I won't buy again. For me, this was a waste of money

Having been poorly for some time with long Covid, I felt I wanted a little simplicity in my life at present. I ordered a selection box to give it a try. I don't like using microwaves so was very happy I could just heat on the hob for 6 mins, and then I eat straight from the saucepan, couldn't be easier!!! On top of that its vegan, I chose gluten free and very tasty. The amount is sufficient but very easy to top up with your own food if feeling super hungry one day. Was delivered on time. More than happy with all the service would recommend.

I really rate this product highly. I’m always looking to prepare meals from scratch using Whole Foods myself with a plant based emphasis. If I haven’t got time these one pots are a fantastic backup - plant-based Whole Foods using natural ingredients with minimal processing. With a really diverse range but most importantly all of them taste fantastic. And it’s so easy to top and tail them with your own ingredients if you want.

My friend loves the meals I sent him and he's a meat eater so they must be tasty! Great price, great service, great choice.

I was excited to try Soulful Food's fresh meals after reading so many good reviews about them online. I ordered 12 different meals and was really disappointed when only 10 of them arrived, even though I had been charged for all 12 and on the day of arrival I received a confirmation email that all 12 meals were on the way. Immediately I sent them an email to them to ask what had happened and to be refunded for the missing meals. It is almost two weeks later and I have heard absolutely nothing from them and cannot find any other way to get in contact.

Delicious food, ideal if there's just one of you eating vegan and very quick to prepare.

Have used Soulful Food three times now. We are trying to eat more plant based/vegan meals and we discovered Soulful pots. The flavours are amazing and a pot is plenty for a lunch. We have had issues with deliveries and a misunderstanding with orders but their customer service team dealt with the issues very quickly and kept us up to date. Would highly recommend. We found that stock in the big name supermarkets was inconsistent so its far easier to order the selection box directly from Soulful. Usually comes next day

Really delicious healthy food in minutes....what is there not to love! We are having a new kitchen installed and these meals have been a godsend, as at the moment we have no oven or hob to cook on. I will continue to buy them even when my new kitchen is finished!
