Just finished my South America trip covering Peru and Brazil along with my friend from Nov 10-22. I would like to commend Claudia for arranging our trip flawlessly. In a span of a very short time- less than a month she managed to execute my vision. At first i had an apprehension coz there was a risk involved as it was the first time I know about South America agency and with a lot of scam online. I only came to know about the agency while I was surfing the net and super hesitant to invest our lifelong earnings. Good thing there were a lot of good reviews and with multiple conference calls with Claudia we managed to establish the credibility and competency of the agency.Me and my friend were not the easiest clients but Claudia and team managed to pull it thru. Kudos also to all the partners from Peru and Brazil who let me and Rachelle enjoy the trip and keep us safe.

We enjoyed the trip so much and looking forward to the next adventure with South America.

We are in london and never been to South America. The assistant there was marvellous and helped enormously with getting the right itinerary for us. We are travelling at speed around different countries and flights and this was changed many times. The time difference was not a problem and e mails were replied to immediately.

This was a complex trip, involving 13 flights across 3 weeks. The advice, planning and support from SouthAmerica Travel was first class, and everything worked perfectly. Each hotel, each tour guide and the 2 short cruises were great choices, and there was never a hiccup (despite the ongoing protests).
We had excellent service from our personal advisor based in Buenos Aires, and he called us in Cape Town several times to make sure of fine details. 10 out of 10 for service

Early October we did a personal Wine & Gourmet Tour in Chile and Argentina. Izabela was our trip consultant and did a terrific job helping us put it together. Our guides and drivers were always on time, good with their english, very personable and knowledgeable. Chile was a fun area with lots of interesting sites. We loved Mendoza in Argentina. It was relaxing with many parks and and excellent local restaurants. If you like wine, our tastings and vineyards were always fun and tasty plus filled with smiles. Of course, Buenos Aries is the Paris of SA and again the sights, cuisine and entertainment were excellent. The hotels were always great and in nice locations for a bit of city exploration. Pricing for the trip was very reasonable and would highly recommend SA Travel and Izabella to all...

I have dealt with Annica and she was very efficient in getting together an itinerary for my South American tour (Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Peru) Land and Air! I must say, she is very professional in her work, she did an amazing job and looking forward for this tour!.

We just spent the month of October 2019 in South America and SouthAmerica.travel was our agent for all but the last week of our trip. We had to adjust our itinerary several times because of flight cancellations for weather, civil unrest (State of Emergency in Chile) and the need to return home several days early for medical reasons. SouthAmerica.travel was extraordinarily responsive and helpful throughout, always addressing our specific wants & needs in a cost effective way. Annica, our agent was fabulous throughout. But everyone on the 24/7 emergency line was as well...as was their affiliated airline specialist who made many changes to accommodate our changes in itinerary. My friend and I travelled with SouthAmerica Travel in October 2019. We spent 2weeks travelling to different parts of the country and I can say that the organisation of SouthAmerica travel was perfect. There were no issues, the guides were always on time, the hotels were very good and they managed to tailor the holiday to our specification.

Very helpful in getting an itinerary together for the Jan period when it is all very busy

Our travel advisor Martin was very proactive and helpful. I would highly recommend his assistance to others. Our only real issues were with the web pages for the airline infomation that failed to save intermediate results when requested and the payment form that did not display credit card details correctly. It dimmed the fields until after the payment information was entered which made it diffult to see entered and displayed values.

Excellent communication with Christina Schranz. She created an excellent tour package for us; it fitted our wishes perfectly. Excellent hotels were reserved for us, especially in Salta, wonderful tours, and, most importantly, very flexible and accommodating due to flight delays and desired change in one hotel. Very satisfied. After many years of arranging our vacations we became addicted to arranged pick-up at airports, good guides, nice hotels, etc.; we were able to enjoy our time in Argentina without the hassle of arranging the aforementioned.

Mike has been great. He is very responsive. We have not gone on the trip yet, but I have confidence in the work he has done so far. I will review again after we return.

I worked with Annica planning my Peruvian vacation. The best part of this travel organization is the flexibility when working out your itinerary. You are able to decide what you wish to visit with expert guidance and suggestions, of course. If you are not into the cookie cutter approach this is the company to book with! I can’t wait for my adventure to start!
