I placed my order from southfaces.com on November 30 and still haven’t received my package. My debit card was charged the very next day. The charge is listed with a completely different name on my bank app. I received a shipping notification over a week ago, but when I track it, it cannot be found. I’m worried I was scammed and will not get my package. I have emailed and they have not responded. Where is my package?????

Easy to order and customize, however, shipping times were longer than anticipated.

Ordered multiple items 12/3/24. Have not received and no update. Emailed. If no response, will cancel today.

Cant get any info on me delivery, I have written 5 times with no response don't but this is a scam

I chose the mustard color. When I went to check out the color said black. I tried to place the order again (total of 3 times.) Finally on the 4th time, the proper color was ordered.

Got screwed.. No delivery after 30 days since order and no response from the company. Don't do it!

If I could give them no stars, I would! I ordered a 3X shirt; they sent an S. When I contacted them, they said they wouldn't exchange it for the correct size, I would have to buy another shirt but they would "give (me) a good deal." When I asked what the good deal
was, they never responded. I certainly won't be buying from them again.

My order was for a Christmas present I ordered on 12/1/24. The charge hit my PayPal on the 1st. I an email that it shipped but when I track it, the message is the package has not been given to the post office yet. I emailed them because there isn't a phone number to call and have not received a reply. I am going to cancel/dispute. I needed to get it by today.

Just cancelled my order due to terrible reviews of items never being shipped or ability to track items.

There is no contact information to talk to someone in customer service. The funds for payment have already posted on my account on the day I ordered. Where is my order?!!!

Well, add me to the list of reviews concerned with shipping. I did receive an email to track my package HOWEVER when I click on their link, it indicates no such tracking number exists! Folks, this was just another Chinese scam. I suspect none of us will receive any packages. Dispute your charges now.

It was so easy to order from your site. I just hope everything comes from the United States and comes by Christmas.

Ordered sweatshirt Dec. 2nd for gift. Concerns with no Conformation or tracking or estimate of arrival though they were paid thru PayPal. I should of learned my lesson last year as package from China arrived owing $14. postage. Sent two emails to Southfaces unanswered. So be careful when you see cool things on FB. I ordered similar from Etsy just in case.

2 days later- email response to "remain patient please"
Then email saying "shipped- clearing customs"
12/29/24 Still no sweatshirt

I sent an update about a mistake I made on the date for sleeve. Don't know if it was received. Please let me know if it was received.

The purchasing process was fine, however, I am concerned about delivery. I have not received any emails about expected delivery date. This was ordered as a Christmas gift.
