I needed to change the size I originally thought I wanted and it was difficult to navigate.

The site was easy to navigate. The item was stylish and had good colors to choose from!

The selection and verse on the hats are so creative and FUNNY !

I ordered two sweatshirts on November 8, 2024 for Christmas gifts. Have yet to receive them. Tracking says still processing order??? I have contacted the company by email three times and have yet to receive a response.

You sent me the wrong "Pops" hat - I ordered "Never Fear Pops Is Here" and you sent me the wrong hat. I tried to contact you several times with no response. I would like the correct hat shipped to me by Christmas or I would like my money back.. Thank you.

I have wrote you to find out if my sweatshirt I ordered back 3 weeks ago is going to ship, did not hear anything from you, so I ordered another for my grandson for Christmas, however i saw it was ordered in blk and I wanted the dark tan color. I have tried to reach you on your website too, thanks

This was my first order with Southfaces. My only comment is that very little information was presented on shipping. There are no shipping options, only “standard”. No opportunity to expedite if needed and no estimate of arrival. The lack of information is concerning.
