If you make a booking through Spacer, you are protected by our money back guarantee. For all our valued Spacer Renters, you will be reimbursed in full if:
- The issue is raised within 24 hours of the booking confirmation, and
- The space is unavailable at the date and time of your agreement, or
- There is a significant error in address or description of space, or
- Your vehicle cannot fit in the space
Please note:
- Removalist fees, alternative parking or transport costs, towing charges and any fines are not included as part of the money back guarantee
- Issues not included above, including change of mind, are not covered by our money back guarantee
- Your issue will be confirmed with the Host

Generally a good experience. My only issue is with your Hosts that add your fees/ commission to the price of a parking lot.

A good service for locating parking…
A good service for locating parking spaces.
I have a small commercial vehicle so height was critical in locating a space.
This is not available on most postings, so you have to virtually book the space (and pay) before you can contact the owner and check it out.

Great support and easy to book
Booking experience was great, as well as the support. Had a bit of communication issue with the person in charge of my lease, but no big deal. Everything was sorted out through the Spacer's customer service team.

Impressive customer support
I was very impressed with Customer Support provided by Sarah. First, my call was answered promptly. Second, she addressed and solved my account login issue, and third, she stayed with me to check to make sure my login worked. Sarah was courteous and professional. Very efficient and friendly service
I was most impressed with the Customer Support I received when I listed my car park for rent. Their customer support is really good. I worked with CJ, who assisted in resolving a parking issue. She was courteous and professional, responding quickly and making sure that a solution was provided on time. If anything may go wrong, you can know that they will have a professional team ready to assist.
