SPARES-2-GO Avis 

This is an appalling company. I ordered two spools of line for my garden strimmer and only one turned up. They eventually sent another one out, however the products are absolutely appalling quality and only lasted for one cut of a very small garden edging. The company have not responded to my complaint despite writing to them four times.

HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE APPALLING AS WELL AS THEY’RE ABSENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Habe 2 kleine Ersatzteile für meinen Rasenmäher bestellt. Erst wurde ewig nicht geliefert, dann war die Lieferung plötzlich als geliefert markiert, bloß war sie nie bei mir angekommen. Die einzige Reaktion des Verkäufers war immer wieder zu behaupten, die Sendung sei zugestellt worden, hatte aber eine Versendungsart gewählt mit der er keinen Nachweis führen konnte wo es zugestellt wurde. Diese Firma sollte man unbedingt meiden, wenn man sich Ärger ersparen will

Very quick delivery (thanks, Royal Mail). This was a leaf-blower bag for a Lidl piece of equipmen. Perfect item, just like the original except it had no trade name on it.

Ordered a part for a Spear and Jackson and received one for a MacAllister from spares2gouk.com, which did not in any way fit. They did agreed a refund, but having sent proof that they sent wrong item they should have covered the postage, but refused. Upon looking at previous reviews I can see that this is not unknown for this company. Buyer beware, it can be a lottery what you may receive, so be prepared to pay to return any random items they send out.

Selling low quality goods with no support.
Too many 'spares 2 go' makes it difficult for customers to be sure of service.
I spend 1000£'s online, nowadays usually with Amazon prime thanks to assurances against such rogue traders and fake products.
I purchased a new blade belt for my Honda ride on mower. I soon realised there was an issue when blades suddenly went out of time after 5 minutes use. After 3 resets (not easy task) I could see the belt had a section of teeth that were not formed correctly and thus would jump out of sync every now and then.
When I advised them with photograph evidence I still got 'you've ordered the wrong belt'.
Ebay were as useful and a chocolate fireguard as usual.
I have since sent the belt back at my cost with a letter and evidence of its defects in the hope they might actually refund, but a month on and I assume they've sold to someone else.
I will purchase something again off them so I can leave a review on ebay.

Ordered a replacement for my Dyson DC33 vac. Replacement didn't fit and was not as described. Company offered rerturn for refund but I had to pay postage!

Company claimed their e-bay advert was clear replacement would not fit a Dyson DC33C but my vac is clearly a DC33 and the wording they quoted was not on their advert.

Company claim to be SPARES-TO-GO.COM on invoice but VAT number belongs to another company registered to same address.

There is also a SPARES-2-GO Limited at the same address but shown on Companies House as a non-trading company.

The spare recieved had no CE or safety test markings and was not built to an acceptable standard.

Think very clearly before using them.

UPDATE: A week after returning the incorrect half of the order I have received a refund. No apology though and no promise to look at what went wrong. The company would not accept the description on the packaging on the items I received differed to the description of the item I ordered. This was despite my sending photos. I turned to Citizens Advice for help. They told me what to quote to the company. It's the customer that loses out... All the time: trying to communicate with the company; taking photos and formatting them; finding and contacting Citizens Advice; going to the post office to return the item; sending the label to the library to print and picking it up. Plus the costs of the: printout; packaging; tape... I understand why people give up and suck it up. Please don't. Help other customers by ensuring you get the items you ordered and pushing companies to review their processes.

Do Not use. Company have issues the wrong item. I’m now without a working oven. Phone number doesn’t work. I’m very surprised that B&Q and mason use this stellar.

Ordered Wednesday and there on Thursday and good prices. What else could you ask for?

Great experience with SPARES2GO from start to end.
Their website found me the exact correct part I needed using the make and model of my oven and it did fit when it arrived which was very next day.
My oven blew just before Xmas so I emailed the company explaining my situation and it was posted promptly. Thanks again.
Really saved Xmas for us.
The paper trail of our purchase was excellent with receipts and tracking numbers provided rapidly.
The website was user friendly and I’m over the moon I’ve come across them with the variety of items they have In their stock.
