Hozelock Spare Parts (UK) Avis 

I recently bought a Hozelock watering system
I got confused having sourced parts from different suppliers so I rang customer services parts dept spoke to Chloe who patiently went through everything.
I had a few issues putting it together and again Chloe was there to sort it out. She was always patient and prompt with her responses
I think she really understands customer care.

I had a problem with my pond pump. The Spare Parts team were incredibly helpful, and quickly supplied a replacement rotor, which did the trick. The communication throughout was excellent.

Connected the Hoselock Spare about an old wall mounted reel. I wanted some larger o-rings but needed information on their size. Hoselock were extremely helpful and are sending me a complete replacement inlet hub FOC.
Other spares I have purchased have been exactly what was required with quick free delivery. Could not ask for better customer support.

I contacted Hozelock via their chatbot facility as I was struggling to find the part I needed on their website. I am pleased to report that the assistant Chloe who works in their Spare Parts service who assisted me was very quick helpful and efficient.

On Monday rang Customer Service and spoke briefly to Chloe about a problem with a Bioforce Revolution. Supplied a copy of my receipt and she immediately authorised a replacement. This arrived very well packed today (Friday). Great service.

I bought a 2 in 1 hose reel and hoze but there was a missing part I emailed hozelock and they got back to me the next day and sent out the part which arrived a few days later. The customer service was excellent and I am very pleased they were able to resolve my problem so quickly.

I ordered this unit last week for my aging Hozelock reel. I am really grateful to Hozelock for still supplying spare parts for these units, the replacement works a treat, and was an absolute bargain price considering that postage was included. This has enabled me to give the reel another lease of life – this is true eco- friendliness!!
Suffice to say when it is time for my reel to go to the great garden in the sky, I will be selecting a Hozelock replacement.

I reached out to Hozelock to ask for help with my connections, particularly as I was having trouble using a jet wash machine where the connections were repeatedly separating. I also had an issue with a Jet Spray Pro Gun.

I had bought 8 different connectors myself, but clearly not the right one to connect to a Hozelock hospipe reel. I also bought a new male connector for the hosepipe reel and this did not work either. I wasn't able to source the right

Chloe was super helpful and determined the best course of action for me. She validated my concerns and reviewed this internally, and then advised on the best connectors. She also helped me with the Jet Spray Pro.

She provided a detailed level of knowledge that is not available in a DIY store.

I now have the right fittings and won't have the issues of the hospipe disconnecting every few minutes.

Am very pleased!

Yesterday I emailed the spare parts customer team with a short video showing the problem I was having with a lancet watering gun. Today Chloe responded to say that a replacement gun handle was being posted out. I’m impressed with her prompt response and hopeful resolution to the fault. Thanks Chloe.

I emailed my query to the Hozelock CS team regarding a missing part for my rotating composter and was delighted to not only receive a prompt reply but a satisfactory outcome to my dilemma ... and all within the hour!
I was so impressed that a missing part was dispatched so promptly that I have now ordered a 4th composter of the same type in the certain knowledge that Hozelock Customer Service Team has my back now and into the future.

Understood the problem but not all correct parts sent out on first call. No issues with follow up call and replacement of subsequent part

Requested a spare part for my hozelock reel. Was given a time scale of 3-5 days. Left on holiday but felt sure it would have arrived upon my return. I told hozelock immediately and they could not have been more helpful and prompt in their reply, acceptance of my account and replacement.

I reached out to them as I was having issues with my pond pump. After explaining what was happening, they immediately told me what the solution was and helped me obtain the part I needed, which turned out to be spot on and my pump is running as new. Very knowledgable and informative, fantastic service, really made my day!

As I plumber I have suffered years of inadequate products from Hozelock and the customer service is shocking!

I have owned the old dark green coloured hose, the light green coloured hose, expandable hoses and the new yellow and grey hose.

Not one of these products have been fit for purpose.

The fitting leak and blow off
Expandable hoses burst and the list goes on.

At what point are these people challenged legally as I’ve spent hundreds on equipment and the whole lot has been worthless.

This item works well when it is not blocked but that is also so easy to happen? I spent a good money hours trying to unblock it and I finally decided to drill some holes into the resistor which has got small holes in it and becomes blocked very easily and even that didn't work it still got blocked! most people would now give up but I'm determined and I will be drilling some bigger holes in it and hopefully that'll work as for spares forget get it? I would advise people to avoid this model 4507
