Spent only $50 and played a couple games, hit multiple bonuses quickly and was able to cash out $450 once my account was verified. Stay away from this scam. For almost 1 week sending documents and still hadn't be "verified " couldn't withdraw anything. Yet they take money from me instantly. Funny how that works . You wont get your money. Stay clear

Terrible redemption process
I am unable to redeem my winnings due to none of my VERIFIED cards listed as an option to redeem and when I try to add a card that I used for a purchase it is saying I am unable to. I emailed them which they took forever to reply and they responded with it has to be a verified card on the account after I just told them it’s not an option and it won’t let me add anything!! I emailed back but nothing they take forever to respond it’s ridiculous.

Would give them 0 stars. Sent a statement of a card that is no longer in use and yet it failed verification. Sent multiple emails trying to talk to someone about getting verified to get my redemption. Customer service is what driving me away from this site. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I have uploaded the necessary info for verification. They are asking me for verification of a debit card that I didn't even use. They keep denying my drivers license. I am now trying to upload my passport but now the verification button won't work! Extremely frustrating. I put a lot of money into this website and want my winnings, which are way less then what was deposited!
