Ridiculous redemption time!! I won SC1,000 and it was a hassle to cash them out!! They make you wait 72 hours before they even process the payment… THEN I have to wait another 24 hours for them to actually send it to my bank! I cashed out on Monday, on Tuesday I accidentally hit the cancel button, so it started my 72 hours all over again. It is Friday night and still have not received my $1,000!! Then they have the nerve to ask me to write a “good” review here for sc10 credit!! GTFOH!!! Longest redemption times and take days for customer support to answer your emails!
