They got my dumbass twice. The first one was probably my fault I thought I was buying a package that included Your "free" sc coins.. but I must have misread the first time and only bought the gold coin package which is like why because they're free why would I buy something that I can't even redeem for my money back or winnings anyways so I wanted to try it one more time and I read over and over and over how I would for $19 you get a million gold coins and 65 sc coins and I didn't get nothing but the gold coins. I was ripped off first time shame on me second time they're just simply a scam. Obviously I emailed them and I'm waiting to hear back to see what they have to say about it, but it was like a first time package pass stupid shit. I will spread their name all over the place on what scammers there and they're frauds that need to be brought down

Since then have waited over 72 hrs for the funds to process and I have yet to see the funds on my card. The automated email response from the Spinfinite team is driving me crazy. A simple interaction as to why my funds are not to me yet and an appropriate response to me from a real human is what I would like. The games are awesome and a nice selection but where's the customer service the customer is always first. Hopefully someone gets back to me soon or my winnings. Going on four days now tomorrow is the fifth day of the 2-5 processing period.
