I had a good experience with Spinny. Initially had technical issue with my app, Sagar helped to resolve the issue.

During evaluation of my car, Spinny staff had caused a minor accident cuaisng the rear of my vehicle to be dented. Later, on phone they offered Rs 8.8 L for my car. The customer service team also stated that they would better the offer for my car as their staff had damaged the same. However I was coerced to sell it at Rs 8.8 L. They later reneged on their promise and said that the offer of Rs 8.8 L is inclusive of the damages. I was forced to sell to Spinny at a disadvantageous rate as I was on a tight schedule.

I was really confused about buying my first car because I did not trust local dealers. A friend told me about Spinny so I tried it. The whole process was smooth from browsing to delivery. The car I got was exactly like the photos and the test drive helped me feel confident. It felt safe and transparent.

Prolonged and unacceptable delay in the delivery of my car.
The delay was increasing day by day without any clear explanation or committed timeline.
Additionally, I have been repeatedly given the same generic response — “We will look into this matter and you will receive a resolution soon”. This lack of accountability and concrete updates is highly disappointing.
This situation caused significant inconvenience to me.
My opinion is customer service can be improved to make sure spinny and it's customer are both on the same page with clear transparency for any type of service.

As a customer of Tata punch from Spinnys madhapur, Hyderabad. I want to write my genuine, feedback.
Sales people are doing very aggressive way of marketing. Once you book the car you have 3 to 4 days waiting period but they say that we are giving 5000 discounts you should pay the complete amount now and take your car, psychological pressuring me and calling my wife night 9 pm in unprofessional way to close the deal.
I am completely unhappy with their aggressive marketing skills. I paid writhing one day 705000 rs out of 770000 Rs, I could not able to adjust just 60000 Rs due to some disturbances they are saying if you don’t pay today night you will not get this special discount and threatening with 7 to 8 times calls from different numbers and different sales people. It’s psychological and emotionally effecting me.
I recommend people not to go Spinny showroom either Madhapur or Uppal branch Hyderabad for their aggressive marketing.
I request the higher authority to do investigation of their unprofessional way to close the deal.
Very bad manners.

Spinny’s experience honestly felt very smooth and hassle free to me. Normally, the moment you think about buying a second hand car, a lot of doubts come to mind like whether the car will be in good condition or if there might be any hidden issues, but Spinny managed to remove most of that fear. Their process is quite transparent, it really feels like what you see is what you get. The photos and details are also very clear, so there is no confusion at any point.

I purchased the car from Spinny with the expectation of a smooth and reliable experience, especially since it was advertised as a certified car. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, I encountered one issue after another, and the overall buying experience was quite disappointing. That said, I deeply appreciate the support team for standing by me throughout this difficult process and helping me resolve every issue with patience, commitment, and care. In particular, Parvesh Rao was exceptional and truly acted as a savior for me, going above and beyond to ensure that I did not have to face too much trouble. My 5-star rating is meant entirely for Parvesh and the support team, not for the overall Spinny experience. The customer service provided by Monika from Spinny team was good, as she helped us in resolving the issues due to some faults happened by Spinny when they sold us the car. Though the solution was not best to my interest but Monika helped us with whatever she could do in the situation.
We have been provided a faulty Catalytic Converter with the car, which we found out couple of days later but this wasn't covered under the Spinny's warranty list. But Monika helped us in getting 50% amount for it's replacement.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Spinny.
We purchased a Ford EcoSport Titanium Automatic (2014) trusting Spinny’s “Assured” promise of quality and transparency. Unfortunately, within just 60–80 days, the car started showing issues, and by around 120 days, it developed serious problems including Transmission Control Module (TCM) failure, inconsistent AC affecting drivability, and eventually reached a stage where the car does not start at all.
This is not normal wear and tear for any vehicle that has supposedly undergone a rigorous inspection. It clearly indicates that the car had pre-existing defects that were not identified or disclosed at the time of sale.
Despite raising concerns, Spinny denied support stating that the warranty period had expired, which is disappointing because this is not a warranty issue—it is a case of selling a defective vehicle under the promise of “Spinny Assured.”
To make matters worse:
We are paying a high-interest loan (~15%) on a non-functional vehicle
Spinny is now offering only a buyback at a depreciated value, shifting the entire burden onto the customer
This experience reflects a serious gap between Spinny’s marketing claims and actual product quality and accountability.
Buying a used car involves trust, and unfortunately, in our case, that trust has been completely broken.
I would strongly advise future buyers to:
Not rely solely on “Spinny Assured”
Get an independent inspection done before purchase
I hope Spinny takes accountability and improves its inspection standards and customer support, because situations like this can cause significant financial and emotional stress to customers.

Very poor experience with Spinny.
I booked an inspection for 21 April which got cancelled after missed calls. It was rescheduled for 22 April, and this time the inspection was fully completed by the officer at my location (30–45 mins).
However, after completion, I received a call saying the inspection was marked “cancelled” due to no test drive — which was never clearly communicated as mandatory. The officer himself agreed to check the car within the parking area and did not raise any issue.
Due to repeated rescheduling, I faced major inconvenience, especially as I work night shifts and had to adjust my sleep twice.
Overall, very poor coordination and lack of communication. Not expected from Spinny.

Abhishek tried his level best for my problem resolution. He also put in extra efforts to get my window switched repaired free of cost.
However I'm not at all satisfied with the workshop team. It seems they have put in the least possible efforts to resolve my long list of problems.

I rarely write public reviews, but my experience with Spinny has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
I purchased a car with the assurance that pre-identified issues — which were already identified before delivery and logged by the sales team — would be resolved by the post-sales team within 1–2 days. This commitment played a major role in my decision to go ahead with the purchase.
However, the reality has been completely different.
It has now been more than 10 days since I left my car at the service station, and I still don’t have a clear timeline for resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups, I continue to hear the same response: “no update yet.”
The biggest issue is not just the delay — it’s the lack of communication and accountability:
* There is no direct way to contact customer support; everything works through callbacks.
* If you miss one call, you have to restart the entire process.
* Calls often get disconnected or end without any resolution.
* Even after waiting for hours for callbacks, there is no proper follow-through.
Meanwhile, I’ve had to cancel multiple personal plans due to this delay. It’s extremely frustrating to be left chasing the team daily just to get basic updates, especially after paying a significant amount for the vehicle.
What makes this worse is that these issues were known before delivery, yet I was assured they would be quickly resolved. Now, even after more than a week at the service station, there is still no clarity.
If this continues, Spinny risks heading down the same path as companies like OLA Electric, where poor after-sales service and lack of support have led to widespread customer dissatisfaction.
Overall, this has been a very poor customer experience:
* Lack of transparency
* Poor communication system
* Missed commitments
* No ownership of customer inconvenience
I hope Spinny seriously improves its after-sales service and communication process, because this experience has completely eroded my trust in the brand.

I applied for my TN-registered car in Hyderabad to get evaluated by Spinny. Post-evaluation, I received a call from one of the agents stating that a NUC [Non-utilisation Certificate] is required for the NOC that I got from TN RTO, without which Spinny cannot proceed with the deal.
I believed them and waited a month for the NUC from the Telangana RTO after spending money on it.
Now, when I call them saying NUC is ready, they say NUC is not required. To the fact that, Spinny had given me a quote of 2.2L, which was increased to 2.4L if I confirmed fast. The agents were rude and did not want to listen to what I had to say.
Today I got a call from Abhishek, and I must say he was nice, gentle, and good at communicating.
However, Abhishek has now told me that NUC is not required, and I need to remove the NOC for the car from the Chennai RTO. This came as a shock to me, because I have been working on getting a NUC for a month, and now a new requirement has cropped up. Abhishek tells me that there is no way that the car can be picked up without the NOC being cleared [ as per policy ]. But yesterday and the day before, Sunny and one more agent called and confirmed a special price of 2.4L from the existing 2.2L. So, if Abhishek says that the car won't be picked up without the NOC being removed, how come another set of employees pitch a price and also give a special pricing.
While Abhishek is courteous and puts it on the agents being new. I am still wondering why Spinny has 3 out of the 4 agents who have communicated with me being untrained and giving wrong information.
However, in this whole scheme of things, I lost a full month and also money to get the NUC, which is not of any use according to Spinny.
I tried connecting back to Abhishek and was not able to do so, since the calls went unattended.
Also, I am not sure as to whether getting the NOC removed would serve the purpose or I would have any other shockers from Spinny.
