Fraud.
Spinpaper cheated us. We ordered a leather, sheep skin lined jacket from their website. They sent us a cheap vinyl copy and refused to refund the purchase.

Ordered an XL jacket for my wife and received what amounted to a jacket that would fit a junior high girl. They refuse to refund my money because I ordered the size regardless if it fits or not. Such a scam!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!

This is the worst representation of a product I have ever seen. They should be embarrassed of themselves but I know they do not care they have their money. Never again horrible looking I will not be giving as a gift they will be placed in the trash.

Well , im an idiot and ahould have checked where there were located. Bejing China. Paid $51 for toilet scrubbers jokes on me. Thought I was getting the most high class best scrubbers wall mount and all. It came in the mail and was the cheapest plastic ever. We are idoita for spending that much :( i hate these types of brands.

Ordered stained glass plant, recieved and it was a picture of stained glass, what a joke, will give me a discounted credit. 8% or 10% off next order , like I would order more of that cheap crap

I give them one star because I don't think that I can leave no stars. Leather jacket was vinyl and the fur lining wasn't really fur it absolutely wasn't wool nor was it sheep skin As advertised. I measured the dimensions as listed on the web site if it was those dimensions it would have fit.Fortunately I paid with Discover so that gives me another avenue to get my money back.
Well I asked for a refund they said because I didn't buy shipping insurance they would only pay 8% or give me a coupon for 10% off of their shoddy crap. I opened a dispute with the credit card company and I will start an investigation.

Ordered a $97.00 Leather Parka coat and they sent a Pleather Parka coat. I guessed I might as well not waste my time and take an "L" according to you guysreviews. What can I do about this...how about my Attorney General? Or what? Thanks in advance for your response.

Horrible quality, and smells like a cats littler box. False advertising!

Two weeks ago I ordered regular clothes for Christmas for my son and I try to track the packages and it doesn't give me any information I think it's a fraud I feel cheated

Just had the same experience as others- ordered a raincoat that took weeks to arrive, and then what arrived was cheaply made and looked nothing like the photo. Got the same response about not ordering the expensive shipping insurance so the best they can do is refund 8% - what a scam! What kind of action can we take? This is criminal!

They sent me a cat tracking collar. It didn’t work. When I contacted customer service, they did not allow me to send it in for a refund or fix the problem. They said the best they could to was give me an 8% refund, which was $4!

Buyer beware this a COMPLETE SCAM OUTFIT. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM . THEY SELL ABSOLUTE JUNK….. YOU WILL BE WAISTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I ordered 2 6ft cascading garland for the mantle. I received a 12" moon faced Santa wreaths instead. I am trying to get my $80 back, instead they want to refund me 8% back and want me to keep the junk they sent me??!! Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company. I wish I would have checked the reviews first. Now I have to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

ZERO STARS!! Ordered a SERESTO flea collar…. Took forever to receive…. And guess what??? It’s not even real! Just a piece of rubber in a copied case! My poor cat was infested. Bought him another and he was all good! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Literally EVERY REVIEW SAYS THIS !

SCAMMER! I failed to do my due diligence on this company. They are scammers. I ordered a robot for a $42. I asked for a refund and got nothing back. So I guess I will be out $42. Don't make the same mistake I did.

This company is a scam. I ordered a wall hanging complete with crystals and color, what they sent me was a punched piece of flat metal and now are refusing to refund my money or maybe they'll give me back 8 or 10%, sorry you don't like our product, what you sent me is not what I ordered.

Ordered work boots from this crap store and they sent me the wrong color and also advertised that they were composite toe and they are not even that. Do not order anything from this store

Sent a nativity set about 24” in size, but advertised an outdoor nativity with pictures appearing to be about 3 feet or larger, which is what I was ordering. This company is a scam. There were no instructions, but lots of pieces including tiny screws and fasteners. Have no idea how to assemble and there is no instructions online. Cheaply made and no way to return…Beware…don’t order. About $50 down the tubes. Picture did not match the items sent.

I ordered solar chipmunk repellents. They do not work. The chipmunks actually get on top of them. I asked to return the items for a refund. Recieved an email that I would pay more to return than I paid to buy becauseit shipped from China. They offered an 8% refund which woukd have been $6.
Do not order from this site. Items are not worth it.
