Scam from China. I ordered a metal wall piece that was 3 dimensional with crystals and trees all welded metal with a sphere in the middle, what I received was a flat ugly piece of metal not even closely resembling what they sold me. I have emailed their customer service and have not received a reply. Contacted my Discover card and they gave me a credit for the item and sent it to their fraud department, I have to send them photos. The lady told me they have had many complaints against this company.

Worst customer service. They take 5 days between each email to respond. Shipping was 2 months which is not stated before hand. The site says refunds are allowed. I was then told I need to take pictures of the crappy product that was not advertised, as well as pay for my own shipping. I was then offered an 8% refund.

I ordered Cascading Garland for my Fireplace Mantel for Christmas. I paid $45 and they shipped me a very small dollar store quality ceramic Santa on a Moon type thing!! They never answered my emails! Item can't be returned! They took my money and sent me the wrong item and then won't respond to my emails! This is a complete SCAM SITE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Not to mention its a "China" company! Very dishonest BEWARE! Hopefully American Express will refund me....

I ordered 2 men's "Cashmere" pullovers. They looked like good quality items in the photos and description. I received 2 very cheap poorly made polyester pullovers. I asked to return them for a refund and a lengthy negotiation began by offering me 15% then 20% refund.

Won’t refund or return-1 is lowest rating offered, total scam don’t buy. Knock off products & copied ads!

They take your money and no way to return the item they send you an email to donate the item it’s a scam!!!!!

They are a dishonest company. They advertise one item and send you another. You can’t even return it or even get the right item. So basically your out your money and stuck with a piece of garbage. This is a china company so beware. I rate it -0

Boots were wrong size. Shabby work and not even close to the photo on website. They smell horrible and took a month to receive!!

Order a Fairy flying doll with a promise of receiving it in one week. To date did not qreceive. I believe they're fraud.

No negative stars 😩. Don’t buy, overseas and can’t return anything. Wouldn’t be bad that they’re selling to USA from overseas if the material was actual quality. Just cheap crap, buyer beware.

I took the AirTags which they sold me to the Apple store. They verified that they were counterfeits. They do not function in anyway, but are made to appear as similar as possible. All of the serial numbers on all of the tags are the same, which should’ve been a dead giveaway from the start. Having contacted spin paper by email, they made no effort to correct the situation. It is likely they are fully aware of the deceptive practice!

Bait and switch. Ordered orrery which clearly showed detail and automated motion. Received very cheap simplistic version.

I ordered a red sweater size xl. My credit card was billed twice and when it came in, it was a 5x and it was thin and cheap looking. I expected a better product for $37. Will not order again!

I ordered sandals for a Christmas present. They came in the wrong size. They are also made very cheaply. The stitching on the side of the sole was coming apart.

The product received looked nothing like what I ordered. Cheap non function arrery. Was supposed to turn, didn't. Planets look like nothing in the picture. Base was plastic instead of wood as shown in picture.

I just received the fall reef that I ordered almost a month ago. All I can say is wow!! It is nothing like what was shown and described! What is shown is a beautiful large reef, but what I received was just tragic! It might be worth donning my garbage can with it! Buyer beware!

Never received the $111.00 Animal Repellants ordered yet my account was charged. The order/tracking number could not be found/web page indicates shipped/and USPS nor UPS recognize tracking or order numbers. I have never received the items and tired of being taken by these companies just taking my money especially since the stores don'[t carry these items in store. FEDUP!

Waited 27days to finally receive the order and it was not at all what the color, description, pictures, or quality stated it would be, period. If I wanted a kindergarten project for quality, then I would've just went to the dollar tree and slapped some random pieces together and called it good. Don't buy from this company. Save your money and get what you actually paid for somewhere else!!

Junck recommend never buy. Pure junk.

Item was not as described, run around when trying to return the item. I ordered a window projector with Halloween video, the videos that came were not the ones advertised. They are a scam !
