Spire Windows Avis

Prompt service from beginning to end. Polite and friendly staff. Conservatory replacement doors fitted by experts and left clean and tidy. Well recommended local firm.

Prompt sales and surveyors visit. Not to long a wait for installation. Very skilled installer who worked on his own with hardly a break. Very impressed with finished appearance.

Brilliant service from start to finish. My needs were challenging in that it involved balcony access and an exterior panelled wall with an oddly shaped window into the eaves. No problem! The initial assessment was great in that all options were discussed and a quote given on the spot. The survey team took great care to ensure that the product fitted. The fitting team were really efficient and tidied up after themselves - big tick! The whole team treated my project as urgent in that it involved other trades resulting in a timely and seamless service. I even got a discounted price! I'm so happy with the finished product as well as the process that I've already set up another appointment for a conservatory. Highly recommended!

Excellent Conservatory Roof Replacement & Great Customer Service.

Excellent. From first contact with company via phone, salesmans visit, surveyors visit and care he took in getting everything right for fitters. Fitters made a great job, clean workers. Our conservotary roof was the old poly carbonate type. we tried various companies who visited promised the earth but then couldnt deliver the goods. Spire surveyed the job, gave a competative price and delivered. The thermolite roof has made such a big difference, no condensation, or cold room now. Would definately recommend this company.
Mrs Button South Yorkshire

we where very lucky with the day we had the window fitted as the weather was clear and dry which made the job so much better for the fitters and us, there was one or two problems with the fitting due to problems that had accred with the bay but these where soon sorted and the window was spot on the guys where so neat and tidy a really good pair, when they had finished you would not have know they had been ( except for a great new window ) every thing was swept up neat and tidy lovely job very pleased with it, great job and a very well made solid new bay window fantastic.

We received excellent service throughout.
Everyone was very polite and kind. Nothing too much trouble.
We are very pleased with our purchase.

THE COMPANY SUPPLY GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS AND OFFER A SUPERB BACK UP SERVICE ON THERE WINDOWS, DOORS AND INSULATED CONSERVATORY ROOF PANELS. THERE FITTERS ARE POLITE AND DO A SUPERB JOB.

The process of ordering and choosing your windows was efficient. The windows are nice. Whilst the fitter appeared to know his job he was a messy worker leaving damage behind him ( damage to floors, walls and metal/tile edges). He also left silicone dripping on the radiators, trim, silicone and rubbish along my driveway.... it didn't blend in with the gravel! I had to call them back post fitting to amend the vents ( fitted wrong way round) and fit glass in front door( they hadn't ordered until after fitting). As there has been no followup post feedback, I assume they find this practice normal!

Competitive pricing, efficient process ,super product, staff with a genuine desire to offer customer satisfaction.
I will recommend this company.

Spirewindows planned the work well and carried it out very professionally, the end result exceeding our expectations

Second time we’ve had windows with Spire.
We would highly recommend them, excellent workmanship, lovely quality windows,Our fitter's attention to detail second to none very clean and tidy .

Good workmen, cleaning up as they went along. Efficient on time and work completed as advertised.

I have contracted Spire to carry out work for me at four different properties and with a mixture of doors and windows . Each contract was carried out efficiently, without any fuss and the finished product was always first class. This recent work fitting a new composite door and frame to match the finish of existing oak windows was immaculate in every respect and the colour match is exact which I am delighted with. Thank you once again. Well recommended.

Great service from start to finish. I had a new thermotec roof fitted to my conservatory, the panels were custom made, and all the staff from salesman to installers were friendly and helpful. The roof looks good, and appears to have been made and installed to a high standard.

Was great from start to finish, no matter who we dealt with was great , from our initial first appointment to the day of fitting was a great experience, I am so happy with my final result, would definitely recommend

Had all our windows replaced plus French doors fitted. Really pleased with the whole experience apart from a couple of delays. Danny the window fitter, Danny and Dave the builders, worked extremely hard and tidied up well at the end of each day.
Would definitely recommend Spire Windows.

We had the ThermoTec roof on our conservatory and wow what a total difference this has made , we now use it as a room! From given us quote ( and no pressure either ) to the installing of the roof was definitely 10/10, the lads who fitted were very polite and tidied up well after .
Would definitely recommend this company and the thermotec roof .
