Guaranteed delivery time on the website - 2 days. After waiting 4 days for the seller to ship the package, I contacted them and was told that they do not guarantee delivery time. When I asked why this information is on their website, there was no response. The final waiting time for the package was 7 days.

Garantovaný čas doručení na stránkách - 2 dny. Po 4 dnech čekání na odeslání zásilky prodejcem jsem ho kontaktoval a bylo mi sděleno, že oni čas doručení negarantují. Na otázku, proč je taková informace na jejich stránkách, jsem nedostal žádnou odpověď. Konečný čas čekání na zásilku byl 7 dní.

Schnelle Lieferung, jedoch möchte ich den Artikel zurück schicken und muss dies selber bezahlen. Das Porto nach Tschechien entspricht schon fast dem Wert des Artikels. Ich werde ihn jetzt weiter verkaufen.
Ich würde dort nicht nochmal bestellen

Preisen Ware an, die sie dann gar nicht liefern können.

Absolut zu empfehlen - würde jederzeit wieder dort bestellen.

Bitte beachten, dass keine kostenfreie Rücksendung möglich ist. Sollte im Online Kleider u. Schuhhandel aber besser so sein. Meistens ist es heutzutage so, bei Sportisimo aber nicht. Rücksendeprozess und Erstattung langwierig, kann mehrere Wochen dauern.

Lieferung erfolgte zügig und gut.
Doch die Rücksendung ist denkbar kompliziert. Man muss den Rücksendeschein selbst erstellen. Dann muss die Ware auf eigene (teure) Kosten nach Tschechien gesendet werden. Oder man schickt die Ware nach ins Lager nach Deutschland und muss dann von einer mehrwöchigen Bearbeitung augehen. Kundenfreundlichkeit geht anders. Nicht nochmal.

We ordered a pair of skates, paid online and waited for the order. Then two days later I accidentally found an email from sportisimo eshop in my spam folder informing me that the order cannot be fulfilled.
I would expect an immediate phone call so that we could order something else. The have not returned my money yet. I do not recommend ordering anything from sportisimo.sk

Habe vor Weihnachten Sportschuhe zu einem sehr günstigen Preis bestellt. Leider fielen diese sehr klein aus und größere gab es nicht.
Die Rückgabe war sehr einfach und das Geld war zügig zurückerstattet.

Hallo, ich habe vor etwa 7 Tagen bei Sportisimo 2 Jacken bestellt die es so bei Adidas nicht mehr im Handel gibt (älteres Modell einer Stadionjacke). Erst war ich etwas verunsichert aufgrund der teils guten aber auch teils sehr sehr schlechten Kommentare hier. Jedoch wollte ich dem Unternehmen eine Chance geben und habe dort bestellt. Was soll ich sagen, das Lieferdatum war für den 11.01-12.01 anberaumt und die Jacken kamen bereits schon am 10.01 bei mir in bester Qualität an! Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Über jegliche „Arbeitschritte“ wie Zahlungseingang, Artikel wird verpackt usw. wurde informiert. Ich bin sehr froh trotzdem der Kommentare bestellt zu haben, gerne wieder!!

Sportisimo in Romania is charging you 2 additional Euros if you order something online and you chose a physical pickup of the item instead of delivery. Basically they charge you for the delivery of the item from their main warehouse to she shop.

Ich wollte mir eigentlich gerade dort ein paar Nike Air Max bestellen aber nach den ganzen negativen bewertungen lass ich es lieber.

I ordered and payed for shoes , I had a GLS tracking number send to me by sportisimo that just stopt in Germany , GLS members sends me to Sportisimo and sportisimo doesn't answer my mails . the site is dissapointing , I was happy to order , read the reviews so felt secure , but never ever received an answer ?
No Shoes and money lost !!!!

Nun ein erfreuliches Update: nach knapp zwei Wochen(statt am 06.12. Dann am 19.12.) war die Gutschrift nun doch auf meinem Konto zu sehen. Wer weiß was da los war, aber letztendlich bin zufrieden. Nur schade, dass der Artikel nach Bestellung nicht mehr vorrätig war😒

We are very happy with our baby stroller! Unpack and get-set-go straight to the park! Thanks Sportissimo Team, not easy to get it delivered to Croatia, but this one got here in record time (ca. 5 days I think). Much before the announced delivery date :)
Now the reason why I write is, we got really worried at first, since the delivery guys from GLS wrote that they received a damaged package. So I went on googling about the company. I saw all the negative reviews here and I started sending e-mails to GLS and Sportissimo. Turns out, the package had only a little bump on the side and GLS is obliged to write that in the Track-and-Trace report. Sportissimo support answered within minutes and said if anything is wrong, they will send another package. But that was all unnecessary, the baby stroller is magnificent. It is factory new (according to the smell) and fully functional. Our kid was so happy and quiet enjoying the ride in the park :) Sportissimo Croatia -> awesome !

Update 14.12.23. Mittlerweile habe ich die Familie mit Skischuhen ausgestattet. Also 3 x bestellt. 1 x musste ich es tauschen weil zu gross. Ja, es dauert ein paar Tage bis erstattet wird, aber man wird über jeden Schritt informiert. Also...ich bin absolut zufrieden und begeistert. Jederzeit bei Bedarf wieder.

Ich war aufgrund der vielen schlechten Bewertungen fast geneigt nicht dort zu kaufen - warum habe ich es doch getan? Ich wollte unbedingt diesen Skischuh welchen es sonst nirgends gab. Und, was ist passiert? Nichts, von A bis Z alles perfekt. Also gleich noch ein weiteres Paar bestellt.

Meine Erfahrung war gut. Artikel bestellt, bezahlt und innerhalb von ein paar Tagen bekommen. Genau was ich bestellt habe, gut verpackt und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Habe auch immer Rückmeldung bekommen... Zahlung bestätigt, Ware verpackt, Ware Versand usw. Würde wieder dort einkaufen.

Sehr schöner Nike Rucksack, perfekt superschnelle Lieferung, sehr guter Preis! Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Alles ist super gelaufen, habe sofort eine Versandbestätigung bekommen und die Ware war dann innerhalb von 4 Werktagen da. Vielen Dank!!

Verkäufer will Ware nicht zurücknehmen! Gebühren sind eine Unverschämtheit (13,99 Euro). Kein Kundenservice - nie wieder!

Ich war erst skeptisch aufgrund der Bewertungen hier. Habe dann aber doch bestellt, weil es die Schuhe nirgends sonst mehr gab. Ich wurde positiv überrascht. Es war alles super. Die Schuhe kamen pünktlich an und waren sogar günstiger als in dem Shop wo ich sie nicht mehr bestellen konnte.

This was the most absurd interaction that I ever had with a retailer. I made an order and asked for delivery to a nearby pick-up point. 10 days later, I received an email saying that the order has been sent back because I did not pick it up, but I had not received any kind of notification about the delivery.
I phoned customer support and I told them about what happened, and they said that I should write about it in an email, as it would be better investigated that way.
I wrote the email, then I got a phone call from support 4 days later. They said that actually the package was never delivered, as the pick-up point no longer exists. They offered to deliver it directly to me, which I considered decent.
Shockingly, 3 days after this phone call, I got another email saying that my order was canceled because the product is not in stock.
Absolutely embarrassing. I made the order on the 16th of August and it was canceled on the 6th of September. 3 weeks wasted with a company that looks unable to do basic business.
