Customer service was spot on. Files downloaded where what I needed and the money was worth the time I would have spent to create a clean image for VCarve Pro.

This vector graphic was crap and basically unusable. Thankfully it was only $7.00 bucks but was a complete waste of money!

Good Service & Communication, trusted seller
The Artwork wasn't clean vector which I was disappointed with, I ended up redrawing the design which is the reason why I chose to purchase the design to save time.... This was maybe a one off instance, however the transaction and product was fast. I ended up getting refunded due to my issue and I appreciate the kind sentiment. I look forward to trying out another design soon. very good communication. Thanks Nick

Hi Kierra,
Thank you for taking the time out to leave a review, and I'm sorry you had a poor experience!
I admit that the issue was an oversight on my part; however, I believe I sent you a fixed version within a few hours after you emailed me about this - did you get a chance to take a look at it?
Please let me know if that version works better, and if I can change your review into a more positive one. :)
Thanks,
Nick.

Hi Katie,
Thank you for taking the time out to leave a review, I'm sorry you had a bad experience.
I did try to help you by telling you that you couldn't preview/open a .ZIP file on your iPhone, and that you'd need to unzip the files to transfer them to your embroidery machine.
Unfortunately, the basics of computing and embroidery machine operation are outside of the purview of the assistance I can provide, and thus also outside reasonable cause for a refund.
The files that you have are still working and can be used any time you want, all you have to do it download them to your computer, unzip them, and load them on to your embroidery machine.
Thanks,
Nick. :)

When I first purchases the file, there was no download able link. I had to email twice to get a respond. Finally the next day he emailed with a download. When I went to download it wouldn't download properly. Missing the city portion. Not impressed. Not worth the price
