Terrible experience with their Dtf prints. Peeled off after first wash than i contact them to see if my settings are wrong, they recommended new settings ( similar) and the transfer didn't stick... Voir plus

I had a learning curve due to not being active for a time. Everyone I dealt with, Janet, John, Melissa, etc were all exremely patient and so helpful. Excellent company to deal with. All good people!

Restarting business
After two or three years, we are restarting our business back up. Stahls’ was for us back then and they are with us now. We are going to do more vinyl than screen printing. It was explained perfectly to me. I’ve got the vinyl and I’ve done two jobs since and I’m very happy.

My experience was great because the process was smooth and straightforward. The company did an excellent job with communication, making everything clear and easy to follow. I also appreciated the quality of service and the attention to detail, which made the overall experience feel reliable and professional. One area for improvement could be faster response times in certain situations, but overall, everything was handled very well.

The patches are never as they appear
The patches are never as they appear. The original logo - to the mockup up - to the thread color chart - to what you actually get. It's a guessing game to see what you will really get from their thread chart to what you actually receive.

Easy to check out online though I did get hung up, trying to find how I approve and then pay for the proof creation for my patches, but ultimately I did. I do think a text alert that notifies of a new status would be a great feature.

It was ok I was doing a reorder
It was ok I was doing a reorder. I was trying to add but upon checkout I didn’t see the extra pieces on ledger so I wasn’t charged neither am I getting it. I did need but to order would have been multiple orders.
