Terrible experience with their Dtf prints. Peeled off after first wash than i contact them to see if my settings are wrong, they recommended new settings ( similar) and the transfer didn't stick... Voir plus

I received two Fusion IQ machines
I received two Fusion IQ machines, which were demo models and were defective. Not good! I decided to purchase a new machine, and the sales rep made it right. Therefore, I'm very appreciative of his willingness to work with me.

Stahls' is my go-to for whenever I need numbers to print on jerseys. They are good quality and work very well. The numbers are easy to apply using Stahls' instructions and they last a long time. Shipping is super fast, too! Arrived in 2 days with standard shipping!

I’ve only placed two orders thus far
I’ve only placed two orders thus far, but I did have a good initial experience. I am a novice as far as screen printing goes and I was able to talk to John H about some questions and concerns that I had and he was more than helpful. I look forward to future experiences.

Patch Proofing is slow
Your proofing on patches is slow, you publish turnaround times but that is once a proof is approved. It takes a good week to get a proof correct and ready to order from. When there is a question or answered message it seems to take another day for a response. The next communication takes another day etc... Artist sometimes provide proofs that changed the original art, even when the art could be produced. I understand if art is out of spec, but I research before I submit art and provide good vector files.

UCM + EasyRip for the WIN
The UltraColorMax transfers I got were perfect. This time I added the EasyRip and that was a huge help. Everything came and it was so organized and easy to put into a workflow. So much better than unrolling and cutting.
The transfers pressed at 290 on to my blanks with no heat marks because of the low temp and medium pressure. They adhered perfectly and peeled with ease. Extremely happy with this product.
