Declan was the engineer today. He was very helpful and efficient. We appreciated him very much. Thank you for years of service of our stair lift. It is sad to see it go with our parents but we are grateful for your excellent service over many years 😊

Excellent service! After the manufacturer wanted payment to remove the stairlift, I contacted Micheal at Stairlift Warehouse who was so helpful. Accommodating when we had to change the removal date (due to no fault of our own) and an amazing service from Declan who arrived to remove it. Very fair price given, quick, easy and tidy removal. I would not hesitate to recommend in future!

Stairlift removal
We reached out to several stairlift removal companies following the death of my Husband.
We were called the next day by a representative from Stairlifts Warehouse, Michael, who made us an offer. I was already aware that used stairlifts were not worth a lot of money but Michael's offer was the best that we had received at that time. There was no pressure to sell.
Michael called back a week later to check if I had made a decision as they had an engineer in my area the following week. An enhanced offer was made and I decided to accept it as it was by far the best offer.
Connor, the engineer, arrived as arranged. He was friendly and polite. The lift was removed with ease and no mess was left. The agreed amount was in my account before Connor left. Simple as that. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Declan removed my Moms stairlift today. He was very friendly. He called the day before to tell me the time he was due to arrive and arrived today at the time he said he would. He didn’t take long to remove the stairlift and I am very pleased with how simple the whole process was. Thank you to Declan.
