Stairlift removal
Declan removed my mum’s stairlift quickly and professionally and even took the handrail which we didn’t want. I highly recommend this company who have been wonderful throughout the process.

Friendly and great service, might need to be a bit of a flexible customer
The engineer was polite, friendly and kept in contact really well as the appointment drew closer. The initial visit was postponed at short notice which wasn't ideal but the company scheduled it for the following week. The engineer was very conscientious and professional and all the office based staff I have contact with were great. It all went well and I'd definitely recommend the company to others.

a very professional and easy stairlift removal service
Having contacted a number of other companies about stairlift removal, stairlifts warehouse were the most helpful and accommodating and offered the best price (even though all the companies I contacted offered very little considering the cost of installation); but more importantly, the stairlifts warehouse engineer (John)that came to actually remove the stairlift was extremely polite, very pleasant to deal with, chatty and very professional. removal was swift and neatly done, the payment was in my account within 30 minutes and there was nothing I could complain about at all with the removal service. John tidied up afterwards, was extremely careful not to cause any damage to the walls etc. He is a credit to the organisation.

I first contacted Stairlift Warehouse via their online form, it was late in the evening, but next morning I was contacted by a very courteous friendly lady with a price for buying it from me. There was no hard sell, just facts. After a bit more research I went back to them as their offer was very reasonable. A date for collection was arranged and a named engineer assigned. Declan made contact before the day and kept me informed whilst en route and was very punctual. He was also very courteous, friendly and professional. The sales process was very smooth, and again the interaction with the finance gentleman on the phone was professional and friendly.
