The stairlift warehouse Dec and John …
The stairlift warehouse has been to take my stairlift away. It was easy and the company explained when the guys come they will assess and confirm the price.
Dec and John came and were polite and did a thorough check and said a price which I agreed. Dec and John were very efficient and showed compassion and very quick at removing stair lift. Highly recommend Dec and John and also company for removing and cleaning up after.

First class company.
Excellent customer service, communication was prompt and all staff that I dealt with were friendly and polite. Contacted the day before by John the engineer with ETA (smack bang on time on the day). They made sure payment (very fair price) was sent/received before starting to take out the stair lift.
Would definitely recommend this company.

Enquiry dealt with quickly and satisfactorily
Replied quickly to my enquiry . The removal of the lift only took one hour and payment was received during the removal. The engineer arrived on time and was a pleasant person , easy to deal with.
Would certainly recommend this firm !

Stairlifts Warehouse were superb, from arranging the collection of the stair lift to John removing it, he arrived an hour early then all done in half an hour! John left the stairway perfectly tidy and electrically safe and sound, a true professional, I am now a Sunderland FC supporter!

What a wonderful company
What a wonderful company! We had no idea what to do with a stairlift in the house we recently purchased. The communication was great from the start. I filled in their online form (adding photos of everything because I wasn’t too sure!) then a lovely woman called Jade called me to confirm they’d received the photos, update the potential sale price (more than originally quotes which is always nice!) and got an engineer booked for a week or so later. Very lovely.
John the engineer called and sent a message to let us know he was on his way and got on with the job immediately! He checked the stairlift, and paperwork we had about it, had it all in working order and removed it without a hitch. He let us know what he was doing at every stage and even gave us tips on how to get rid of the marks left in the carpet from the stairlift.
John also made sure to call the office for the money transfer while he was there. I spoke to another very nice man whose name I can’t remember (sorry!) he quoted me the final sale price and checked that I was ok with it before Kohn started the removal. He transferred the money there and then and made sure it was in the bank before he hung up.
Overall an amazing team, great communication and would recommend to anyone who needs a stairlift removed

USE This trustworthy company
I spoke to at least 6 companies and this one was by far the best in terms of delivering on removal and excellent price. Other companies tried to tell me they were doing me a favour taking it away for nothing. I have no hesitation in recommending them, very fair and honest.
