Compassionate and caring!
Joe Walters was our go-to person, and he was a ten in our books! He was not only well versed and knowledgeable about the product, but helpful in guiding us in just what was the best option for our needs. He worked with us to get these lifts installed in as timely a manner as possible, which proved to be a God send to my brother who recently lost the use of both his legs, and for his wife battling cancer along with recovering from her open heart surgery. You have made such a difference in their lives. Thank you so much!

Great Experience Overall
Salesperson was down to earth, not pushy, answered all our questions clearly. Installer, Jacob, was awesome! Friendly, great work ethic, a pleasure to have when someone is working in your home. The starlight itself is wonderful for my Dad, even helps get heavy groceries up the stairs lol.

Nice chair!
The chair itself functions fine, however, there was a communication problem and after week it is still not hooked up properly.
