Stannah Stairlifts USA Avis 

I/we chose Stannah for its excellent reputation, and since then my entire experience with Stannah has been outstanding. Our sales person, Michelle, was wonderful, extremely knowledgable about the company, the chairlifts, and pros/cons of placement, which enabled an almost immediate decision to move forward on 2 lifts. Nathan our scheduler was able to answer any further questions/concerns about the installation. Our installers Josh and Matt, were excellent: extremely respectful of our home on a snowy day, and working quietly and efficiently on the install. They carefully explained the workings on the chair until I was comfortable, and provided materials and explanations for everything else I needed know. The install overall was very smooth, the installers genuinely nice, home &white carpet remained clean and neat, and the stair lifts work beautifully. I am so impressed by every aspect of the company, excellent product and the genuine and caring people. Very impressive -- Thanks to all!

The entire process from the presentation of the product to the installation were flawless. Very easy to understand and use the stairlift. Paul my representative from Stannah and my installer Juan were excellent and professional.

We had a great experience with Stannah. It was easy to schedule an appointment and their pricing was fair. Once we made a decision, they scheduled the install very quickly and we had no issues with the delivery and installation. I also love that they are a family-run business.

Both guys were very pleasant and professional in their work. They explained everything. The remote may have some issues because of radio interference. It’s something we have to keep an eye on

The measurements and installation were absolutely perfect. The tech that installed it was professional and friendly. He explained how the chair worked by demonstrating it first and then having us try it. We love it!

The sales person was thorough in his presentation, and the installer found a way to channel the electric that did not require any kind of wire mold or new electrical box. He also stayed after the installation to demonstrate its operation. We never felt rushed or under pressure from either. The cost was reasonable and the installation was only a few days after making a down payment.

I ordered a curved stairlift so it had to be custom made. It was delivered on time and installation was excellent. I have been using it for a week and so far everything works as advertised. i also appreciated that I could choose the color of the rail to fit in with my wooden staircase.

Shaun was helpful in helping us decide what was needed for my Dad's condition. Jeff did a great install job.

The installer rescheduled 3 days earlier than originally scheduled,, and completed the job in 3 hours. The electrical wires were moved and tied down professionally to power the unit, and both of us were led to use the unit up and down before the installer departed. We are waiting to receive the instruction manual by mail replacing the one destroyed by water on a countertop. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Great service - fair and reliable!

I bought my Shannah stair lift because of a back injury and because I’m getting older. Joe came out in record time to measure my narrow staircase and to explain all the details. The installation was done quickly and with great respect for my home. He also made sure I knew exactly how to operate my stairlift.
This has been a Godsend. I was finally able to sleep in my own bed instead of the couch. It works beautifully, turns at the top so I step off right on to the floor of the hallway. I step off right on the first floor. The controls are easy to use and understand. I am very happy and satisfied with the stairlift from Stannah!

Paul came to the house to tell us about the lift. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the stairlift.
When the gentleman came to install the lift he was very professional putting in the lift and explaining everything about the lift to us. I would highly recommend this lift and company to anyone needing a stairlift. Thank you
