Apple Tree Replacement
A late April snow storm took out one of my 2yr old apple trees that I had ordered from Stark Bros. I was so distraught. I contacted customer support- they replied to my email very quickly. Long story short. I ended up getting credit towards an exact replacement so I can give it a good head start and plant it this fall. These customer support people are AWESOME!!! I always recommend to my family and friends to buy fruiting plants from Stark Bros. I've always had great success with anything I purchased in the past. Love, love, love Stark Bros! They are the best and have a customer for life in me :)

By the time I received my elderberry…
By the time I received my elderberry plant, it was shipped out on a Thursday it sit in the post office distribution center all weekend and but by the time I got it, it was dead with no recovery !

Website is easy to use
Website is easy to use, and sets the buyer up for success by connecting their wants with their growing zone and whatever successful growing plans are needed like a pollinator and acidifiers. I highly recommend Stark Bros to everyone i know because we have 12 trees and one rhubarb plant that is thriving and giving us an abundance of fruit and beautiful foliage just like we wanted!

An AMAZING company to work with!
An AMAZING company to work with in building my small home orchard! They helped me pin point the best trees for my zone and provide excellent instructions and videos to teach me better survival practices. Despite one shipper tree injury all 8 apple, 1 mission fig, 2 citrus, the grapes all are doing very well. The tree guards saved my trees from the jackrabbits so that both can live together. Exemplary and friendly customer care
This company has always sent me the strongest trees for more than 30 years now. Although trees are not guaranteed to survive 100%, they are quick to offer a warranty in case they died.i had to claim that warranty on some occasion. Nevertheless, a replacement is promised all the time. I have referred many of my friends, neighbors and family to purchase from this company and I'm pleased to say that they did and are very happy with their purchase. I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with the Redhaven Peach Semi-Dwarf Supreme whch I purchased in April, 2023. We got a few peaches last year but this year the tree has produced over a bushel of extremely sweet, juicy fruit! I am so happy with this tree.

Bad Experience
A tree was shipped months after being ordered. The tree arrived in very poor condition and did not survive the winter. The tree was replaced under warranty, but the same thing happened again and Stark Brothers refuses to do anything. It was an expensive waste of time and money.

Thank you for sharing this feedback, and we're sorry your experience with your fruit tree didn't go the way either of us hoped.
For context for other readers: our records show the original tree shipped ahead of its estimated date in September 2024. When you reached out shortly after delivery with concerns about the leaves, our team advised that some stress is normal during shipping and to give the tree time to establish. When it didn't survive the winter, we replaced it at no cost, including waiving the standard replacement shipping fee given your prompt report.
The replacement tree also shipped ahead of schedule and unfortunately did not survive the following winter. Our guarantee covers one free replacement per original purchase, which we honored, and that is the same policy we apply to every customer.
We know that's a disappointing outcome after two trees, and we understand your frustration. If you'd like to discuss options going forward, including a discount toward a future purchase, please reach out to our customer service team directly at 800.325.4180.

While I initially had a problem with the first tree I received due to a failed graft, Stark Bro's immediately sent me a replacement and upgraded the tree to the next higher level. You can trust this company for both quality trees and they stand behind their product. I will continue to use this company.
