This is a child’s toy. The claims of the supplier verses the actual Starscope are so exagerated it’s laughable. If I could give zero stars and still be able to submit my review I would.

Item was ordered by my father. He checked the mail for weeks waiting on it. As stated by others, there was no tracking number to check when the order would arrive. When it finally showed up, there were 8 of them. My father wanted to return the extras. Unfortunately, you don't get a return address and the customer service 'form' on the website informs you that an email will be sent with further information. No email is ever sent and there is no other way to contact anyone for assistance. I would suggest not ordering anything from this company. My father keeps asking if there is anything that can be done to get his money back and based on what I'm seeing the company is not interested in customer satisfaction. They are only in it for the money.

Not as advertised, returned product but have not received credit!

This unit does not have zoom capability it is very poor in quality and also very heavy the biggest problem is they have zero customer service no one will respond to give me a return form. Do Not invest in this unit.!

The star scope does not do as advertised on television.Facebook youtube, it is does not have any Zoom capabilities at all. What they're showing you is the zoom factor is your telephone only, and they don't say that the only mechanism for the starcope is just a focus wheel at the top. It's set at a certain distance and that's it, it should sell for a lot cheaper. Because all it is add-on to your cell phone. That's all it is. They're not like binoculars where you can zoom in and zoom out. When I got in touch with the company who makes star scope. I immediately got an email back, That were quite bulligent, because they know it's false Advertising. They actually we're not very nice people. I just cut my losses and put it back in the box and learn my lesson, don't even use it. The phone hook up which is really a joke. The phone hook up clamps around your phone but it just dangles Because of the weight of the scope Because, it doesn't have a top clip like other,
You must use
things. It's too heavy.

Since an entry level Elcan monocular starts at $2000 and doesn't do a tenth of what this thing claims, it goes without saying that I didn't buy one. LMAO. I just wanted to see who actually did. Optics planet has an armasight under two grand.

Never received a order number. Never received a text on tracking. It just showed up one day. It's garbage. Tried sending it back and get a refund. They make you go around in circles with no response. Now I have to get my bank involved to get my money back. Scammers. So sad that people do this.

Just o few words related to this Item or this company,,, RUN, away from this thieves,, I don't know they are allow this sell this crap,, what is worse is the horrible customer service that they offer,, I had to open a case trough PayPal just to be able to have some tracking on my purchase,, and when out of the blue the product appear in my door,, it was worthless,,,, again run from this, company,, if you have de desire of buying something from this people, sit down and wait until the desire goes away..

I should've read the review before order this crap. it's literally a piece of cheap plastic with no functionality as advertised. I paid $61.23 for something that worth $1!!!!
will return but will need to pay for trackable shipping which will probably cost me another $15!

This product is awful. It does not zoom in zoom out. It only focuses. My phone zoom in as far as this does I am so disappointed. Do not waste your money.

I just got the Starscope and had paid an additional $24.99 for a phone mount which never arrived with my order.

The Starscope looks cheap and does not look to focus clearly.

Took our money, no products. No answer on phone or emails

Worst customer service, no answer, there is no way to track your order, to much bs no answers. Dont buy from them is a scam.

Do NOT buy from them. I ordered one 3/31/24. No tracking number. No reply from customer service. Phone number directs you to fill out a form which they never do anything with. Chat says it has been forwarded to management, which they never do anything with.

BE AWARE of this scam company. I paid for a monocular G3 at the beginning of April and have not received it. I've contacted customer service and they say they have no record of my order but took my money, $57. I can not get a refund so do not trust this outfit they'll screw you over.

They reply to all negative reviews exactly the same (going back YEARS) “we try our best to uphold our wonderful standards” paraphrasing here, but that’s the gist. I ordered this 2-3 weeks ago and haven’t even received a tracking number. You can’t call them, either, when you do they don’t answer. Instead, they want more of your personal information to be left on their answering machine and never respond. I’ll change my 1 star rating if they actually respond to me with a tracking number.
