I didn't buy one thank God anything that come from China on these sites are garbage. What bothers me is they use the US MILITARILY. To sell these!!!

Ad very misleading product rubbish customer service rubbish return policy non existent no cooling off period dont buy from this company you will be wasting your money

Starscope is a piece of cheap chinese garbage. It says on the box "made in China" interesting the video adverts quote the word "ZOOM" nany times, the product has NO ZOOM, nor is it mentioned in the instruction set that accompanies it.
I emailed the Customer Support, got a cordial reply, asking for proof of purchase, which i provided. gone quiet since then. probably swamped with refund requests, or they all quit.. the advertisements are Fraudulent Advertising and need to be reported to the trading standards commission, if they haven;t already, then I will do so. p milsom

I ordered 2 starscopes Nov. 12 2033
Then added a third for a large discount.
Then 3 lifetime warrantees.

I made 4 email requests for accurate shipping information, and in 8 days received no replies.
I called my bank and disputed the two charges.

I sent 2 more messages to the company and the representative that I am having my order rescinded and my money returned....again no reply.

Don't buy from a company that has a great sales platform, then falls on its face in the long run.

StarScope...mine arrived yesterday, 3 day shipping. after watching the ads on the web... it looked an amazing bit of kit.... but this...... half a pair of binoculars , 10x mag , nothing exciting and NO ZOOM. so not happy. 10x mag is nothing ....... scammers......I would like a refund please. I need an address to return it.thanks

My mate bought 1 i told him 100s of time no no no but still he did now his doomed...boi oh boi what a scam these China men are pulling off to us westerners it's not advertised in the East because they know to well out there....its the most bull of a thing put together maybe has 5x zoom not much better than my iPhone 14 in some distance it's worse...they open a website every 3 months with a crap product after the last 1 is banned from www. Or people have killed it off with 1* reviews but by now we should be able to cath on with the same type of advertising lay out of the website and the name but we still fall for it and make them millions every time....come on guys wake up

I ordered the StarScope on April 14th and was immediately charged. When I had not received the scope in July I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. After many emails begging me to keep my order and offering me a 50% discount on two additional websites I STILL have neither the product or a refund. Their website advertises a 30 day refund policy and fast shipping. The site leads you to believe that this product is made in the USA. False advertising! It is shipped from China and appears to be made there as well. Do not purchase from the official website! If you order from Amazon you might actually get the scope although I am seeing multiple reviews that it is not worth the money. Buyer beware!!!!

They never sent me the product and never provided a refund. They gave me a tracking number at one point and offered to send me a free one. Nothing ever came and the tracking number never registered any activity or movement.

I have the email chain showing their supposed attempts at fixing the situation. Never resolved.

I was excited to try them and I fell for the hype of how far it will see and it’s crap! False advertising a bunch of liters!! It doesn’t see any better than my IPhone 14! I totally agree with ALL the negative comments out there! And don’t bother trying to get customer service! Also I paid for the pkg with the stand and cell phone holder and the only thing that came in was 2 monoculars! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

The reason for 5 star is for everyone's reviews. Just about ready to buy, then ad on TV came on talking about internet scams and I thought maybe I will check it out. I really want to thank everyone for the reviews, I am sorry everyone had to go through all of the trouble, to put it lightly

Not worth the hype and and the money ! Don’t buy it.

I too got carried away with the on-line advert promising much for this useless product. Ordered two which arrived very quickly but what a disappointment ! The product does not live up to the claims and is too poor to even give away to children. Trying for a return but so far, nothing . Just the often reported offer of 30% off to keep the product. Agree that Amazon and E-bay should ban this company and stop them ripping off gullible people like myself. Trying for a Pay Pal refund but not too hopeful.

I do not beleive the product lived up to it's claim. I have been trying to return my purchase for 3 weeks. I feel they are just stalling until the 30 days retuen poilicy is up. Buyer beware! I would not reccommend buying from a company that will not live up to thier return poilicy.

Charged my account for $75.11 (Australian currency) for one item on 21/03/2023.
Contacted them with a screenshot of my order (which included an order number) 16 days later to ask where my delivery was. A guy by the name of 'Rich' (yeah, hilarious!) emailed back to say they had no record of any transaction with me. I then emailed a screenshot of my bank statement showing the date (also 21/03/2023) on which they withdrew the funds. Wall of silence followed.

I ordered 4 MonoStarscopes and 2 phone holders at the first of January. They came a month later and one phone holder was broken and they did not fit the phones or really even the scopes. They offered me a 30% credit immediately for a broken phone holder and another one that I couldn’t use! I said no I would like full credit for the items and they said I would receive a credit within 15 business days. That was two months ago and still no credit. They have very poor customer service and do not uphold to their promises they make on their website. The phone number I eventually found on another website didn’t work and went directly to a busy signal. I am very aggravated with myself for not checking reviews before ordering from this company. Please be aware of this poor service and do not order from this company.

Ordered three of these at the beginning of December 2022. Received nothing. After numerous emails back and forth, still nothing. I have asked for a refund, but nothing. It is now March 25. Nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was delivered the wrong order and can’t get any response on how to get this straightened out. What I received was worth over $200. Mine was only $100.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Purchased monocular after seeing reviews in a major national newspaper. Bought for a Christmas present but it didn't arrived until January. Had 2 emails within 24 hours in response to one I sent, 2nd one (sent on Christmas day at 11pm) saying as I hadn't responded, they assumed matter was settled. I have emailed them over and over again and they won't respond. Would never have purchased this if I'd seen these reviews. Product also not as good as advertised.

Starscope ist eine Betrügerfirma. Ich habe im Oktober 2022 ein StarScope Monocular mit Halterung für Smartphones bestellt und bezahlt. Anfangs November 2022 bekam ich eine Bestätigung, dass die Artikel auf dem Weg zu mir seien. Anfangs Dezember erhielt ich per Mail die Nachricht, dass es Verzögerungen gibt und die Ware beim Zoll gehalten werde. Auf meine schriftliche Nachfrage, wann ich mit der Lieferung rechnen könne, bekam ich am 20. Dezember 2022 die Mitteilung, dass vom Spediteur DHL das Paket dem lokalen Kurier (DIE POST) übergeben wurde. Bis heute (10. Februar 2023) habe ich weder die Ware bekommen noch von der Firma Starscope etwas gehört!
Es ist schwer nachvollziehbar, dass man einer solchen kriminellen Firma nicht das Handwerk legen kann.
