Stasdock Avis 

I ordered the Stasdock - Happy Black nearly a month ago. The payment went through and the order was accepted, but the status has been stuck on "We’re preparing these items for shipping" ever since. I have reached out to customer support multiple times seeking an update, but I have received zero response.

It is completely unacceptable to take a customer's money and go silent. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Stasdock at all. Avoid them at all costs because you will likely never receive the goods you purchase.

I am disappointed with my experience.
I purchased a bike wall mount and, unfortunately, threw away the cardboard box the same evening because it was paper collection day. Yes, that was a mistake on my part for acting too quickly, but what followed is completely unreasonable.
After trying to install the product, I realized that the mounting system is too wide for our narrow hallway, making it unusable in our home. The item is completely undamaged, and all screws, bolts, and the instruction manual are still included exactly as they were.
However, I was told that I cannot return it simply because I no longer have the original box. Instead, I was advised to “just sell it online.” I have now listed it for half the price for over a week, and no one is interested.
This reasoning is absurd. What happens if a box gets damaged during delivery or while unpacking? Would they also refuse returns in that case? It makes no sense, especially considering they likely have access to replacement packaging themselves.
This policy feels rigid, unfair, and completely customer-unfriendly. I expected a much more reasonable and solution-oriented approach.

Product itself seems good, but the drilling template is absolutely terrible.

It’s made of thick black paper, so you can’t see through it or mark accurately. It also bends easily, which leads to incorrect hole spacing.

I tried using the template twice and failed both times. In the end, I did it without the template and it worked perfectly.

This template doesn’t just fail, it actively causes misaligned holes and can damage your wall. It’s worse than useless.

Ik gebruik mijn Stasdock voor mijn racefiets en ben erg tevreden over het systeem. Het is niet alleen plaatsbesparend, maar ziet er ook zeer stijlvol uit.

Onlangs begon het foam van de frame-ondersteuning wat los te komen. Na contact op te nemen met de klantendienst kreeg ik snel een vriendelijk antwoord en boden ze spontaan aan om een verbeterde versie van het foam kosteloos op te sturen.

De vervangset werd bovendien snel (en stevig verpakt) geleverd.

Zeer correcte en behulpzame service. Fijn om te zien dat een merk ook na aankoop nog meedenkt met de klant.

The mount looks amazing in the videos and websites. It is very robust being made of steel.
The wheel strap works really well.
Looking forward to a carbon fibre version.

Beautiful and strong mounting solution. Not designed for drywall out of the box without additional hardware, however. You should make this clear to buyers and offer the additional hardware through your site. Follow up on this issue has been attentive and caring, though - thank you!

Great company to work with, love the new bike rack for my Factor ONE.

I got two Stasdock wall mounts, and they look amazing. Build quality also looks robust. Unfortunately, one of the screws in the mounting kit was defective, but their after sales support quickly helped and committed to send another screw set. Great product and great after sales service!

I purchased the product but never received the item. I have tried to contact customer service team at Stasdock but no replies. I have to resort to dispute with my credit card company.

Buyers beware.

I love my Stasdock! I was searching for a luxury bike stand that would fit well with my modern designed apartment interior and I came across the Stasdock. The website was easy to navigate and I purchased 2 of them. One for my road bike and one for my fixie. The dock shipped quickly and was built very well. Installation was a breeze and I used the new USA bracket so I could use my existing wall studs to lock it down. It looks incredible. Everyone that comes over says my bikes look like art. Would highly recommend it and a couple of my friends have already purchased one for themselves after looking at mine. If you need a bike stand that looks amazing and is sleek and minimalist I highly recommend the Stasdock.

I was excited when I saw that the bike hanger is on sale 99 euros + 14 euros shipping. Even more excited that I got a call just a minute ago that UPS is delivering it in an hour. However, my excitement turned to HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT to know that I still need to pay 92.48 euros before UPS lets it go. WHAT A SCAM!! LIKE I PAID DOUBLE! I could have gone to the local store that sells it here in Qatar. If you are thinking to buy the product, read the reviews first, don't be a victim. CONSIDER YOURSEVES WARNED!!! AVOID PAYING DOUBLE!!!

1 hour later...I received the parcel. I talked to the UPS delivery person. The issue is, I declared my company in the address. Because Stasdock website asked for it. But it did not specify or explained that IT CAN AND IT WILL AFFECT THE CUSTOM AND DUTY CHARGES!!! Stasdock failed to inform their customers that by declaring their company it will tremendously affect the customs charges. STASDOCK, WHY ARE YOU EVEN ASKING FOR COMPANY INFORMATION AND FAIL TO INFORM IN ADVANCE THAT IT COULD AFFECT THE CUSTOMS FEE?????

Dear potential customers, please beware not to put your company details if you dont want ridiculous customs charges. Learn from my mistake, consider yourselves warned.

This is a VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME!

Product looks amazing, all the buying process was fast and smooth, it actually surprised me. The dock is sturdy and looks great, just as advertised.

The product did not fit on my wall, so I returned the items. Followed all of the instructions requested from the company to return the item (complete paper return form, email return form and tracking ID to company). Followed up with Stasdock after a week to check on my return, they requested me to send proof of the delivery, so I did. Followed up a few days later and they asked me to provide the address I returned the items to as they could not identify my return, even though my unique return form was included in the returned items as requested by Stasdock. I told them the item had this unique form and that they should be able to identify it by this and that this was getting ridiculous. Within 5 minutes of sending that email, they refunded me. Seems like they want to play games so you will give up on the refund request so they can keep your money and your product for resale. Could be a good product, but terrible returns team, so would avoid if you aren't 100% you will keep the product.

Wanted to return the item, spend my own money to ship it back and never heard from them again. No money back or anything.

No product received. Zero communication. This ‘business’ should be reported and shut down immediately.
Outrageous

The Stasdock is the perfect solution for my limited storage space! Living along the canals of Amsterdam, space is always a challenge, but this wall mount fits my VanMoof perfectly and keeps everything neat and organized. I couldn’t be happier with it!

The 5 star reviews of this company are clearly fake, each one is from the Netherlands (like Stasdock), each "person" has only made one review, and each of them are full of praise for the company.

I ordered a Stasdock wall mount for my bike from their website and payment was taken immediately. Their site clearly states that orders will be shipped within 1 business day. Almost a week later and nothing has happened. I have emailed them over and over and have had no reply. This company clearly has communication issues, their product seems to be legit but they just don't seem to ship them. You can order these on Amazon, the only reason I did not was because I had a discount code for their website. If you really want to risk this company, buy from Amazon, at least they can help you when Stasdock let you down.

My bank are now involved and will be pursuing Stasdock on my behalf.
