Stasdock Avis 

I ordered the Stasdock - Happy Black nearly a month ago. The payment went through and the order was accepted, but the status has been stuck on "We’re preparing these items for shipping" ever since. I have reached out to customer support multiple times seeking an update, but I have received zero response.

It is completely unacceptable to take a customer's money and go silent. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Stasdock at all. Avoid them at all costs because you will likely never receive the goods you purchase.

We ordered two Stasdocks on a Sale. The setup took a long time because we needed a strong drill for our walls but we finally installed it and not only do the bike racks with the bikes on the wall look totally great, we finally have solved our messy bike problems in our flat.

Once you have the holes installed the setup is fairly easy. We even managed to save more space by installing two docks above each other which also looks kinda neat.

Great shoutout also to the customer service, we had a defect with an accessory and at first they told us we can't get a warranty claim, but after describing the situation they were totally understanding and helpful and sent us the new part for free.

I received my product and love its utility and the quality of its construction. I misplaced the hardware to install the bike rack, and the Stasdock customer service team got me back on track with a free replacement kit. This company is absolutely outstanding and really cares about its products and customer satisfaction. Customer service and communication were terrific.

The product feels sturdy (while there are cheaper alternatives, as it does feel like drop shipping ). Besides the customer care is enormously helpful and thinking a long.

Amazing company the bike stand arrived fast and was easy to put up i even managed to do it on my own its that straight forward, also I had forgotten the wheel strap which I reccomend to anyone ordering as keeps wheel straight when on wall and the customer service was amazing in getting that sent out to me after , great company and great product, 10/10

I have just ordered a stasdock so my bike can hang on the wall. I forgot to put a wheel strap with my order and wrote a e mail if I could buy one with my order and next day they answered that a wheel strap was added to my order with no ekstra cost that is really service and so quick respond 🤗

Ordered item, arrived as expected. Issue has arisen now that I have tried to return it. Followed all instructions, can see the returned item has been received, yet I have had no acknowledgment from Stasdock of my return OR a refund. It has been over a month. Still chasing, still no answer.

Got gifted two Stasdocks some time ago for my two bikes. After moving houses I lost some items which prevented me from adding the Stasdocks to my new home. Luckily, the friendly and helpful customer service pointed me in the right direction and were very thoughtful in helping me out in this situation. Can’t wait to hang the two Stasdocks on my wall again so I can showcase my bikes.

My Stasdock/mount arrived just over a week (delivered to Australia). Beautiful looking item, and strong enough to hold most road bikes. I tried my both bikes (Cervelo and Merida Reacto 8000) - look great and it also adds significant aesthetic value. Big fan of the item, they even organised a bike-strap for me with free delivery cost (as I forgot to order initially). Happy to recommend to others.
