Great customer support! I’ve got two stasdocks & would recommend to everyone.

I recently purchased a Stasdock bike mount and I couldn’t be more impressed! The product itself is incredibly solid, stylish, and easy to install — it turned a cluttered corner of my home into a sleek, functional display for my bike.

What really stands out, though, is the customer service. I had a couple of questions before and after my purchase, and every time the team was quick to respond, super helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure I was happy with my experience. They were patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to walk me through everything I needed to know.

Finding a company that backs up a great product with friendly, responsive support is rare, and Stasdock nailed both. Highly recommended if you want a high-quality bike mount and a team that actually cares about their customers!

I was extremely cautious about the StasDock bike mount as I have seen some bad reviews on the product.

But, I decided to order it and see for myself.

And I’m really glad I took the risk.

Delivery - I ordered the unit on 28th December and received it on the 8th January.

Packaging- When it came, it was extremely well packed. There was no way this was being damaged in transit.

Quality - I was suprised with the quality of the mount. It’s well engineered and looks great.

Installation - The installation was really simple. It was slightly awkward on my own. I have seen some reviews saying the hardware supplied is poor quality. I was impressed with the bolts and spacers, and can’t see why people think this is poor quality

The Foam Support - Some reviews are saying the foam is poor quality. This was the bit that was holding me back from ordering in the first place. I can’t fault the foam, it’s thick and covers all edges.

Summary - Great piece of kit, well made and looks fantastic.

This is perfect for my apartment as I live in a studio in Miami and didn’t take much time to set up, wonderful product.

High quality product! It’s a neat way to combine function and design together in a bike rack. The strap is a must though because otherwise the front wheel tends to turn leaving a small tire mark on the wall, which a minimal issue. Love the color combinations to choose from.

Foam that sits between the metal and your bike is poor quality and not fit for purpose. It wears thin very quickly and the metal underneath is like a knife edge. As a result I have now carved a scratch out of a brand new bike worth over £8k.

I attempted to contact customer support to clarify the taxes for ordering two Stasdocks. Despite asking the same question three times, they haven't responded to their support email. I can't purchase the product without assistance in the buying process.

Unfortunately I did not receive any bolts or anything with it.

Customer service replied back fast but after stating they send the bolts and screws that where missing I've never heard back again.

2 stars for quick reply. But that's it.

Haven't been able to test the product yet.
