Daher haben wir uns zum Ziel gesetzt, nicht nachhaltige Prozesse zu verlangsamen und die Menschen zu einem Slow-Fashion-Lifestyle zu inspirieren.
Das Unternehmen wurde 2014 gegründet und arbeitet heute mit Händlern auf der ganzen Welt zusammen. Wir sind ein Team bestehend aus Unternehmern, Designern und Textilingenieuren, die es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht haben, die Kleiderpflege wieder modern zu gestalten. Unsere Produktpalette umfasst Steamer, Fusselrasierer, Waschmittel und Zubehör, die dazu beitragen, die Lebensdauer Ihrer Garderobe zu verlängern.
Wir sind der Meinung, dass man ein Kleidungsstück nie wirklich besitzt. Vielmehr bevorzugen wir die Vorstellung, dass Sie sich nur so lange darum kümmern, bis es den Benutzer wechselt. Wir von Steamery möchten die Menschen aufklären und dazu inspirieren, ihre Kleidung auf bewusste Weise zu pflegen und ihre Kleidungsstücke als lebenslange Begleiter und lohnende Investitionen zu betrachten, die Generationen überdauern können, und nicht als vorübergehende Produkte, die man nur einmal trägt und dann wegwirft.

Bestellung und Lieferung lief reibungslos ab. Es war gut verpackt, find besonders die schwarze Schachtel sehr schön. Im Benutzungshandbuch stand etwas von einer Tasche um das Gerät mitzunehmen, diese war leider nicht dabei?!
Ansonsten bisher zufrieden, hatte den Steamery allerdings nur einmal in Benutzung seit dem Kauf. Kann also noch nicht viel dazu sagen.

Disappointing Delivery and Customer Service
The product itself seems to be of good quality. However, I’m very disappointed with the delivery experience. The parcel was much heavier than what Steamery paid for, which resulted in an unexpected UPS invoice of close to CHF 40.– for me. On top of that, Steamery’s customer support has not replied to the email I sent over a month ago.
Overall, the product is fine, but the delivery and customer service were very disappointing.

Produkt hàlt nicht was es verspricht. Kaum besser als günstige Alternativen. Nach erster Benutzung unangenehmer Geruch und braune Flüssigkeit (Schmieröl) die aus den Düsen tritt.

Leider ist der Fusselrasierer von…
Leider ist der Fusselrasierer von Steamery sein Geld nicht wert. War innerhalb kürzester Zeit kaputt. Umgetauscht und jetzt wieder defekt! Außerdem muss man den Einschalter permanent gedrückt halten, was sehr nervig ist. Keine Kaufempfehlung!

Die Lieferung kam pünktlich und alles hat gut funktioniert. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: der Fusselrasierer war so kompakt verpackt, dass wir ihn nicht aus der Verpackung nehmen konnten. Wir mussten ihn herausschneiden.

Wirkt eher billig
Wirkt eher billig. Auf keinen Fall 65 Euro Wert. Das Teil bei tchibo für 20 Euro wäre okay gewesen. Macht was es soll für kurze Zeit dann muss entleert werden. Bin leider auf die schöne Werbung reingefallen.
