Das Unternehmen wurde 2014 gegründet und arbeitet heute mit Händlern auf der ganzen Welt zusammen. Wir sind der Meinung, dass man ein Kleidungsstück nie wirklich besitzt. Vielmehr bevorzugen wir die Vorstellung, dass Sie sich nur so lange darum kümmern, bis es den Benutzer wechselt. Wir von Steamery möchten die Menschen aufklären und dazu inspirieren, ihre Kleidung auf bewusste Weise zu pflegen und ihre Kleidungsstücke als lebenslange Begleiter und lohnende Investitionen zu betrachten, die Generationen überdauern können, und nicht als vorübergehende Produkte, die man nur einmal trägt und dann wegwirft.

Seit 5 Tagen warte ich auf eine Rückmeldung bezüglich meines Problems . Bisher keine Rückmeldung , auf Instagram werde ich auf gelesen gelassen. Ich habe ein Artikel in meinem Paket nicht erhalten. Sollte ich diesbezüglich bis diese Woche keine Lösung zu bekommen, bin ich gezwungen Paypal einzuschalten und mein Geld so zu fordern und meine Erfahrung mit euch überall zu verbreiten.

Update zum 23.11.2025
Mittlerweile ist die Ware angekommen. Leider war nicht nur der Karton massiv beschädigt, weil das Material für die Schwere der Flaschen gänzlich ungeeignet ist, sondern auch noch im Inneren teilweise ausgelaufen. Gerne schicke ich Ihnen Bilder davon, aber erkenne leider auch danach keine Veränderung bzw. Kulanz Ihrerseits.

Der Steamer ist gut, aber während der Lieferung sind zwei von drei Shampoos in der Verpackung ausgelaufen.

No info about the delivery 8 days after ordering. Since I got a request for evaluation - how about at least telling me when my order will arrive? No? Well, maybe I will get what I paid for, maybe not. How would I know? I think that's a solid 1 out of 5 in customer experience so far.

Alles bestens
Bestellung und auch Lieferung top! Die Produkte selbst habe ich noch nicht ausprobiert, aber ich habe ein Vorgängermodell von dem Gerät welches ich jetzt bestellt habe bei einer Bekannten ausprobiert und aufgrund dessen überhaupt die Bestellung abgesetzt. Dementsprechend gehe ich davon aus, dass auch die neueren Produkte das halten was sie versprechen.

Perfect product Pilo 2
I am very happy with the product. A friend of mine helped me with my cashmir shirt with his Pilo 2 and I' ve ordered it directly by myself to keep my wool nice.
