It is hard for me to believe that a company would simply not contact you at all when you write to them on the day you received it to tell them it arrived damaged. Nothing. Not a word. And there is no phone number. I sent photos and a video. Three emails. Never even got to use it. It will come broken and you will have no recourse. They are in Sweden or somewhere. Stay away from these guys. I’m out the $70 I paid for their steamer iron.

I purchased a Pilo 2 fabric shaver through their steamery.us website. Sadly, the fabric shaver did not work when I received it. They do not have a phone number or an on-line chat feature so I contacted them by email per the instructions on their website. I have emailed them 4 times over the past month and have not received any communication from them about a replacement. They tout such fabulous customer service on their website, but from my perspective it is non-existent and abysmal. I would never purchase anything from this company again. Their customer service is all smoke and mirrors. Once they have your money, they totally disregard you. Oh, I do receive emails from them, but it is to buy additional products off their website. NOT A CHANCE

It was not an easy to use it and was not a wireless. You have plug into an outlet all the time so you could not walk or stand at 2 feet’s away without get the power.

I've bought several laundry detergents in quick succession from Steamery, and I plan to buy more until I try them all. I'm impressed with every laundry detergent I've tried so far. I appreciate the safe, non-irritating ingredients, the color preservation, the scents, and the formula for high efficiency. I don't think anyone can go wrong with any Steamery laundry detergent, no matter which one you try.

They had cute colors and a nice design; however, mine only lasted for 5 minutes each use. I would have to recharge for two hrs. each time before I could use it again. I would give a 1 star, but I liked the color and design.

This is a great steamer. Very compact with very good accessories.

My issue was not only listened to but resolved very quickky

I stayed at a hotel that had steamery steamers in each room, and the first time I used mine I knew I had to have one at home, too! I ordered it, and it came promptly. It was packaged nicely, and the color ranges were lovely. The steamer works as well at home as it did on vacation and I am so happy to have this little dream of a tool! No more ironing in our home!!

Company honored its one year warranty and provided a replacement steamer

I am very impressed with how well Steamery Dark and Steamery Active detergents clean my stuff. I had been using a dark clothes product that basically darkened everything whether it needed it or not. This doesn't do that. Clothes look the same coming out, only clean and soft. It's like the white clothes formula, which doesn't bleach anything - just keeps it white and makes it feel soft and smell nice.

The soap for stinky clothes is amazing. My son smells human now.

The only problem is scarcity. Please make more soap, Steamery.

About Cirrus3 item- I use it at work and that made me to purchase.
Easy to use; heats up in a few second, easy to fill water. It has a perfect shape, very handy, not too heavy and works perfectly on wrinkles.
I hope it will last for a long time!

Doesn't steam well
I've purchased much less expensive steamers that work way better. I bought this one because it looked sleek, simple design, and what I thought was a good product. Unfortunately, the steamer didn't work very effectively at getting out wrinkles, and on top of that it has to reheat every 10-15 seconds, meaning I could steam for about 10-15 seconds then wait for it to re-heat.

Lovely packaging - but also a great product.

My order was delivered earlier than I expected and was exactly what I ordered. I cannot wait to gift it!

Lint brush not as good as advertised. Good with actual lint-not very effective on hair.

Wonderful product. Fast shipping packaged beautifully. Best steamer I have owned Loved it so much that I bought a second one for my son.

The product is of good quality and works on par if not slightly better than other portable steamers (as it should because it costs more than others with comparable build quality available readily on Amazon). However, the customer service for its warranty is abysmal. It took us no less than 3 separate times (including involving our bank) and over 6 months to receive our replacement unit. Unfortunately, there’s no way for me to test this so I will stay away from Steamery for my next purchase of a portable steamer.

I was very excited to buy this steamer. When I received it, it didn’t work. I could not get anyone to help me fix it. I went ahead and purchased from another company.
