I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical at first because I had never heard of this company before but noticed the reviews were pretty good so just went with my gut feeling and I'm so happy that I did!! Their products are top notch and flawless!! But that's not even the best part. The best part to me is their customer service!! I couldn't believe how nice and helpful these guys were! Especially Sophia!! She's been with me since the beginning and is always there for me whenever I need her. I had a small issue with one of my items that I purchased from her and she immediately without hesitation made it right by first apologizing for the inconvenience but then sent me a brand new product just like that!!! These guys stand behind their word and go above and beyond for their customers!! I will never buy anything else from anyone else again! As long as i need it and Sophia has it, I'm getting it from her guaranteed!!!! So if you were like i was, and a little hesitate to make the purchase, just do it!! You will not be disappointed at all!!!!

I am extremely unhappy with this watch I purchased and more importantly with how this company has handled the situation. The original watch band/bracelet arrived defective. Had to pry open the clasp. A replacement band was sent but it was the wrong band for my watch. After contacting them again they sent another replacement band but unfortunately that band was defective as well. Could not remove screws to remove links. Screw would only come out a quarter of the way. At this point I have a brand-new watch that I still cannot wear. I even offered a reasonable solution: I was willing to pay more for a higher quality watch if they would simply allow me to return this one. They refused that offer and instead told me to take it to a local jeweler to have it fixed. Seriously? Why should I have to take a brand-new watch to a jeweler for repairs? I was told their watches are "thoroughly inspected" prior to shipment, yet it arrived with a defective band, the first replacement band was for a different watch, and the second replacement was defective as well. That certainly doesn't give me much confidence in their inspection process. A new product should arrive in working, wearable condition. Customers should not have to repeatedly contact the seller, wait for multiple replacement parts, receive incorrect parts, and then be told to pay out of pocket to have a brand-new watch repaired. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company or this watch based on my experience.
