I placed an order with the promise of…
I placed an order with the promise of deliver in max 10 days. It never arrived.
For the last 20 days the tracking says that is in the hands of USPS. They do not recognize the order.
The phone number listed simply goes to dark: no answer, no message: just dark.
The email listed for customer service returns as non-existent.
How can I trust again Trustpilot when you are covering for this GHOST scam company?

Great customer service, authentic in all ways.
Sophia made the entire buying process wonderful. She was attentive, informative, courteous and helpful. I bought two watches and when one of the watches became defective she provided great customer service by offering to send a new watch and when that arrives she will instruct me on what to do with the defective watch. The appearance and movement is spot on for Rolex. Very pleased with the company and customer service.

Outstanding customer service
Their customer service, I was very particular on the watch i wanted and they searched and actually found it. Then the web browsers was using wouldn't connect to the PayPal site.... so I followed their advice and it got resolved. This took quite some time and the guy stuck with mere thru it.

I was really skeptical at first. I really was. But I saw the reviews on trusted pilot and decided to take a chance. I ordered 2 Rolex’s and I am SUPER impressed with them.
