I wanted to freaking congratulate you and express my thankfulness. This is another level of coming through. I was expecting an envelope with the watch and I got the full red carpet treatment down to the box, warranty cards, excellent presentation and even thelittle screwdriver to size the bracelet. You, sir, are the man! Thanks!

Not really a lot of good customer service around these days. These guys make it a priority and I appreciate that.
The most important part of this review is the customer service I received. Emma texted me when I ordered the watch, sent me a picture of the watch, and told me when it was getting to me. I received it and it looks really nice, as expected. However, the watch band broke while I was putting it on. Texted Emma and she arranged a replacement. Took a while for it to get to me but I got it. Excellent customer service. Watch keeps great time and looks great.

HONEST REVIEW
I am writing to confirm receipt of the aforementioned package. Upon initial inspection, the build quality and material finish are exceptional. My only observation is that the unit weight is lighter than anticipated. Notwithstanding this concern, the product meets my expectations and justifies the procurement lead time.
