Just like to inform that i keep getting emails from Stella which is giving me quotes for insurance and saying that i cant login can someone please tell me whats happenning

Although we hadn't heard of Stella, we are extremely happy now…
Although we hadn't heard of Stella insurance, I spoke to Kayla the first time to find out more about the company
Once I looked at the cost and compared it to others, we decided to go through you. We found it very easy to discuss our trip with your staff and they were extremely efficient and friendly. From now on, we will always choose Stella for our travel insurance

Pleasant & Efficient Experience
Pleasant operator. All done in a very quick amount of time. Was just changing my policy to another vehicle. Both Stella and previously Kayla were great to deal with.

I was with Stella last year
I was with Stella last year. However I received an email that says
"However, due to our transition to a new underwriter, we are unfortunately unable to offer comprehensive car insurance renewals at this time, In the meantime, you will need to secure alternative car insurance coverage before your current policy expires. "
I found this email one month later and this more than 30 days gap make it hard to find a insurer. They didn't even confirm with me or sent me a official mail for the discontinued policy. Such a terrible and unreliable company.

Very terrible services and bad customer communication skills
These nice reviews are probably fake i guess ‼️. This is the worst company anyone would ever have to entangle themselves with. I have never written a review for any company, but I’m pushed to write one.
I had an accident with my car last year june, and it’s over a year yet my case has not been resolved and closed. It took Stella insurance 10 months to determine that I wasn’t at fault. My car stayed in the mechanic for more than 5 months. It Came back and engine light was on, the Air conditioner coolant was broken and wasn’t fixed and the door where the impact occurred couldn’t open. The never reach out to communicate situations, the take ages to respond to question’s and emails. Each time I ring them, the staff act ignorant and I get questioned all over again. I got stressed and traumatised from dealing with Stella.
Last month I was informed that the other party was found reliable, yet I have not gotten a response for my car excess repayment and refund for my car hire. Who knows??? It will probably take 2 years to get my refund. I incurred so much bills upon bills on car hire while waiting for my claim to be resolved. And I’m not sure if I would be getting a refund from the other party. Stella insurance is a nightmare of an insurance and I would advise anyone against using them. Don’t be deceived by the fake good reviews you are seeing on this page, and don’t let the low cost insurance deceive you. The stress and trauma is never worth it. This is the worst experience ever I have encountered In my life

How these reviews are relevatnt? They are all fake. Well thats not very good news, especially reading all your reviews that has been added a few days ago! When you can’t insure your car anymore!

Was surprised how easy it was to receive a cost effective quote with a well known insurance under writter QBE and have good benefits along side as well. When you ring Stella they are very friendly. Thankyou 😊
