Purchased 3 jute rugs, delivery was quick and smooth. I bought Nira jute black 120cm for outdoor and it works well. Nobody responded to my emails (sent 3 emails re: product and pricing as it differs from 1st order during month).

We do sometimes get snowed under with a barrage of emails, mostly spam but for the majority of the time, we do get to them. I do apologise for missing your emails but I am glad we sorted out your query Andrea.
Really well designed rug
Really well designed rug. Good quality backing which prevents it from sliding about the floor which is what I was afraid of in a washable rug. Easy to detach the top covering for washing. Stella were polite and efficient to deal with and the rug was delivered exactly when they said it would be. Would recommend buying from them if you are looking for a good quality washable rug

I received a beautiful black rattern…
I received a beautiful black rattern round rug and it was dispatched the very next day. I also received a personal email which was a nice touch. The rug is top quality and looks beautiful in my sitting room.

Excellent rugs and customer service!
The two rugs ordered are absolutely perfect and just what we wanted. I was happy to order from a local company especially in these uncertain times and was pleasantly surprised that Rae delivered the rugs so promptly.
The only thing that I would have liked is to be able to zoom in more closely at the pictures of the rugs on the website.

looks easy to maintain although I was a bit disappointed by the colour which looked more like brown rather than grey which I ordered.

It is listed as grey by the manufacturer but I have had now added brown to the description to help people get a better idea of the colour.

Received different rug and communication has lacked since then
I recently received a rug (which was beautiful/great quality) but it wasn't the one pictured in my order. I notified them straight away and received prompt reply saying it would be looked into. I got one follow up question around a week and a half ago but haven't had any response to my answer or follow up email after that. Am hoping for a helpful response soon but very much feeling in limbo..

It took repeated follow up from me to have refund offered and I did reply with a question that you never responded to. Also nil apologies offered at any stage. Rug was great quality but won't be purchasing here again due to customer service.

The two rugs were so close almost identical and were mixed up on dispatch. We did offer you a refund and have the rug returned but I didn’t get a reply to that.
Highly recommend

Definitely would recommend Stella Rugs and am planning to purchase from them again soon.

Amazing quality/service/price
Amazing quality and a for very fair price. I was surprised and delighted by the speed in which our rug was packed and delivered. The personal “thank-you” email from the owner was a nice touch. Couldn’t be happier - I highly recommend Stella Rugs.

Excellent service!
There was a stock update issue and the rugs I wanted were no longer available. Rae was amazing in liaising with the supplier to arrange the same rugs to be made. She also offered alternatives in stock based on the one that I had selected. A great service experience and would recommend purchasing from Stella Rugs again.
The rugs when they did arrive were great quality.

Overall happy with our experience
Overall Happy with our experience. I ordered a rug which was out of stock but was phoned up with an apology and to be advised that i would need to pick another. The issue was kindly resolved and I am very happy with the rug that I ended up with. Would definetely buy from Stella Rugs again or recommend to friends and family.
