Stellation Media x Fanbase Intel Avis 

Purchasing a dashboard of this caliber I did have some hesitation about managing my own dashboard, usually, a dedicated customer rep handles these tasks. Based on the positive feedback from my colleagues who use, I stepped out of my comfort zone and decided to give it a try. Shaun has been so helpful and has guided me through this process. It was if I had my own Apple Technician from the Apple Store! My Instagram page is growing and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Stellation Media!

Honestly I was really hopeful when i started up with this service, and have had the same experience as Anthony. I reached out via email and have heard nothing back and the service itself spams people for brief periods of time and then gets stuck behind IG's restrictions and flatlines. Almost for the better that it does i suppose seeing as it spamming people hasn't generated any new followers anyhow. I want a refund but I'm going to guess we're out of luck here as they aren't responding.

If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to make the dashboard a little more illiterate friendly but hey, I’m not technologically advanced but I was able to figure it out :)

I am thankful for the service for giving me more profile traffic. Instagram was getting a little boring but this is exactly what I’ve been needing. It’s been very beneficial to my Insta.

Starting an ecommerce business has not been easy for me and with the limited amounts of time I do have available away from my practice, the last thing I want to be doing is building my online presence.

The mass story viewer is awesome! Set it up & click start and the followers just start rolling in! I'm currently growing my fan base by 15-20 users daily. The dashboard is super easy and only takes 5 4-minutes to set it up. Usually just check in about twice-a-week just to make sure things are running smoothly.

Also, their customer support guy, Marc, is great!. A huge thank you to the Stellation Media team for doing the groundwork for me. Keep crushing it guys!

Honest review here... I really think that Stellation Media is a legit company trying as hard as they can to find loopholes in Instagram to help companies grow their account. Where we stand today though - Instagram has won the battle. I tried Stellation Media for 3 weeks and it was a constant tug of war. When it worked - I would start to see results. However, IG would quickly catch on and then lock my account. I changed my password 10 times during this past month & every time feared that I'd log back in to see all of my photos and followers stripped from my account... It reached a point where I stepped back and told myself that it just isn't worth the risk...

If everything worked flawlessly, I'd give it a 5 star review. Truth is though - I think that IG has a microscope on this company and the second Stellation Media finds a way to beat IG - IG immediately counteracts by correcting the loophole... If I didn't know any better, I'd suspect that someone that works for IG is a subscriber to Stellation Media for this very purpose because it's minblowing how fast SM can go from working great on your account to tanking and doing nothing for your profile.

I cannot recommend that you join Stellation Media at this time, but I applaud their tenacity to fight against IG. They were honest when they were having issues. I wish them the best and I'm not even interested in a refund. It was nice to see a company at least try.

I had to wait a while for the new software to be launched, and a few teething problems, but it is now running smoothly, and wow it was worth the wait!
The engagement is awesome and I am gaining organic followers.
Targeted audiences interested in my brand.

We post good content on our Instagram each day, but Facebook has made it impossible to reach your own followers with there new algorithms, let alone potential new customers!
I was almost starting to loose interest in my Instagram feed.
Putting so much work in creating good pics and short video, and seeing such little engagement.

Thank you stellation media for putting back interest and excitement back to Instagram. It feels like what Instagram was 5 years ago.

I was actually encouraged to sign up on October 29, which I did - so please don't say that you stopped all new clients from October 19. The service has not worked at all and we still cannot see the 'new features' of mass polling etc even though you said it would be ready on November 4. Any update would be welcome - I still have faith that your service will work and be successful - but it's important to be transparent with people.

Unfortunately the service does not work and I’m working on getting a refund. Don’t sign up for this. I don’t know where the good reviews are coming from but none of these services are working anymore.

Being a mommy to a toddler has my hands fuller than you can imagine. I’ve tried to maintain my instagram but lets just say that has failed time and time again. After a few weeks i’ve gained hundreds of new followers and some orders and now i’m able to give my little girl the time she deserves!

Seriously, why did I not think to invest in Stellation earlier? My story views has taken my Instagram profile visits to an entirely different level and the feedback ive been receiving is insane!!!!!! Can’t wait to see more SICK results. See ya later

My goal was to get more followers but I received so much more back than I paid for. This service is great. There dashboard is pretty sweet too - love that I have full control over everything and don't have to hit up my account manager all the time. Good stuff SM!

After the improvements made in the new platform, Stellation Media seems to have really honed in on their product and are providing a truly excellent service. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Stellation Media is back in action! I'v been using them for 8 months now and there was a couple bumps in the road when Instagram banned the follow / unfollow thing, however their new service is kick a**! I love how I have complete control over my own dashboard, targeting, etc Great price & has so many new features as well. I can schedule posts, read my DMS and even send DMs to people who follow me. Good stuff guys!

Let’s face it, Instagram isn’t what it used to be. With its ever-changing algorithms, advertisements and post priorities; growing an account has become a massive challenge. Over the last year, all media support platforms took a tremendous hit as the liking/ unlinking and following / unfollowing function became obsolete. During this time, Stellation media took a hit too as their foundation for growing an account was based on those functions. In lieu of this, they were communicative of the issues and promised to find a solution. They refunded me for the months the service did not work properly and allowed me to try their new service for a free month. I am happy to say, the new service is fantastic. It allows for more control of the service itself as it offers a comprehensive internal dashboard. Overall great experience with this company, they turned an unexpected twist in the Instagram social media platform and found a solution to help continue to grow accounts.

I have used many Growth agencies before and this is definitely the best by far. My account is finally growing well and no blocks form Instagram.

I have been using Stellation Media for a couple months now and have seen amazing results! The customer service rep really helped with all my questions and the dashboard is super easy to navigate and manage. Very happy with my results and this service.

This company is owned by one guy, and probably operated by the same person. Emails go unanswered and they are using a BOT named Jordan to respond to emails with generic BS responses that are not answers to anything I actually asked.

They'll take your money and you won't see ANY growth on profile, except a few fake followers that will simply get your account banned on IG, and then NOTHING! They won't even offer a refund. Stay away!

I have been with Stellation for a year now and I must say they have the best customer support team i've ever came accross and my Instagram has been growing every single day. Yes, for a few months my growth did stop but they have me on their new dashboard and I love it!

I contacted this so called media group with questions regarding their service. They stated their canned proposal stating that they can prove their results. Sad to say, the were WRONG & FAILED to deliver anything akin to results. Anyone looking to grow their ig account, you are better off doing it on your own than considering this ban of misfits who will steal your money.
