The sailing from Holyhead was an hour late. While boarding the foot passengers, the bus to the ship spent 45 minutes with a full load of passengers at the loading ramp waiting to be allowed on. Thankf... Voir plus

Why were we not better informed Eventhough it was V busy on 10am…

Eventhough it was V busy on 10am crossing breakfast was great . Very well organised everyone was so helpful and friendly. However when we were asked to go to the car decks we got to the lifts and stairs but access to these exits were not accessible this caused a lot of confusion there was no announcements to say that there was a delay everyone was totally confused we waited about 30 minutes then without any explanation an announcement that the exits would now be available as we got to the car decks we were held at our cars on the deck for a further 40 minutes approximately at no time were we given any reason for these delays

Stena Nordica is not for me

This is the second time my journey has been changed and once again we had to travel on the stena Nordica.. it's a smaller vessel we booked premium and the room was full due to the last minute changes. If this ferry is going to be used regularly then stem line should say so. Staff were perfect.. ferry is not. It will make me think twice before booking again.. I might have to check out Irish ferry's

Great service

Great service, friendly staff and good Stena Plus. Crossings are timely and, on Cairnryan - Belfast, have easy access to ports.
Shop small and pricey. Food very good.

Room to improve.

The sailing from Holyhead was an hour late. While boarding the foot passengers, the bus to the ship spent 45 minutes with a full load of passengers at the loading ramp waiting to be allowed on. Thankfully the driver opened the doors to allow some fresh air in.

Dublin-Holyhead & return with cabin

This was our first time using the Dublin -> Holyhead and return sailing on the Stena Estrid with a cabin..
We have an 8-month-old baby, so the cabin was a great addition to our trip!
Everything was clean and tidy in the cabin, and the ship itself was in decent condition..
The kiddies play areas could do with a proper clean.. The carpet in particular needs a deep clean..
The restaurant area was decent, well-kept for such a busy area..
Any staff we came across seemed friendly and attentive..

We will be using this service again and have already recommended to family and friends!

The whole process from online bookoing

The whole process from online bookoing, check in, and on to departure is very smooth,relaxing and hassle free.. the staff are always friendly and helpful. and are customer friendly.. excellent!

They are so helpfull,my wife is unable…

They are so helpfull,my wife is unable to walk far,and they make sure when we get onboard,we are right up to the lift,so she is able to walk just a few steps so thank you from the bottom of are hearts.

I am only giving 3 stars because there…

I am only giving 3 stars because there was a replacement ship in use which meant we changed our route adding more driving time to destination. The replacement ship was awful. People were pushed on like sardines, no room for a buggie and no place to get a baby to sleep. It was such a rough journey with people feeling ill and getting sick in many locations.
Stenaline customer service is very good I must say. They are easy to deal with.
The other journey without the replacement ship was very nice. It didn't feel like we were moving at all. The cabins were cosy and the boat had a good feel overall

We went on day trip which was…

We went on day trip which was unbelievable value at 12e each. Have done this many times previously and I can never fault stena line. The service and customer care is second to none and the facilities on board are above average they are first class. The food on board is delicious and reasonably priced and of very good quality. All in all it is an excellent trip with an excellent company and will be definitely partaking again. Keep up the good work.
