From checking in to disembarking was…

From checking in to disembarking was easy. This was our 1st time having a room and it was great. All u need. Was not expecting the tv with all the movies to watch. Perfect for the kids next time we book.

Stena cancelled my ferry!!

I have been using Stena Fishguard to Rosslare several times a year for work purposes for at least 15 years . Booked to return to UK on 5th May. Just got a call that ferry has been cancelled and a woefully inferior small vessel will replace it. Have to now travel from Dublin to Holyhead . This means a 300 mile drive from Holyhead to my home in Somerset ! To add insult to injury the ferry I was due to take from Rosslare ,the Nordica, has been moved to the Dublin route. Clearly, Stena prioritises its Dublin service over the Rosslare one. Now I have to incur the extra fuel expense (considering the cost of fuel is unbelievably high) as well as pay for a hotel in Dublin the night before! No help from Stena.
Absolutely shocking treatment of loyal customers.

I have now cancelled this ticket and transferred to Irish Ferries. Goodbye Stena I will not be using you again!

Operational changes are sometimes necessary, but we regret that the alternative arrangements offered did not meet your needs and that you felt unsupported at such short notice. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, especially those who have travelled with us regularly over many years.

We are very sorry to lose your custom and regret that this situation has led to that decision.

We were warned that this was a…

We were warned that this was a replacement ferry and didn't have wifi or full facilities. We were not warned that it would be really cold. Luckily I had brought extra layers of clothing up from my car, but I was still not warm during the overnight crossing.

Clean, but expensive

Very Clean, rooms very well maintained. Its expensive though, and cabins are very expensive. Food is not so good, so I usually bring my own.

Cancelled sailing & no Info!

Sailing was cancelled, received no information about that. No sailing for further two days, excuse was bad weather...
Fun fact, others sailed and weather was calm as...
.. not enough on board, cancel the ship...

Ben My Chree. A lovely ship, although small.

Even though we were on the Ben My Chree, the staff are as helpful as usual, from the loading staff to the retail staff and everyone in between.
The ferry we were due to catch was cancelled due to bad weather and it was very easy to change the booking.

Boat was a bit old and scruffy compared…

Boat was a bit old and scruffy compared to the boat we took from Belfast.
Staff very nice and professional.
Better snacks in the lounge would have been nice.

Being able to sail and arrive on time…

Being able to sail and arrive on time with IT systems down. That wouldn’t have been possible with a flight.
Free tea/coffee whilst the payment system was down.
Helpful and friendly staff.

On time every time

On time every time! My favourite ferry from Rosslare to Fishguard. Great service, really excellent staff! By far the best ferry company! From ticket kiosk to leaving the boat every worker was courteous and jovial!

Getting worse

Turned up 75 mins before sailing. Paid significant amount for premium and was placed in wrong queue twice. Meant was late to get on ferry and struggled to get decent seats with my family together in Plus lounge. Not enough attention to delivering on what has been paid for.
